Their online stock system is inaccurate. They refused to ship a part order even thought their website said the item was in stock. They then lied about when new stock would arrive to keep the order open. They only admitted still out of stock when I followed up on order. Important birthday gift missed and their support was woeful. There are better stores who care about their customers and not just their profits. AVOID

I was looking for a good deal on Dry Wipe Markers and saw the option to buy refillable ones so I thought, "Great, I'll go for that" so I went through the checkout process and I saw that they had a box at the bottom that says "Comments to the driver" so I wrote that if I wasn't in to just pop it over our fence. The order was dispatched and the next day when I got home, I saw a redelivery note from Royal Mail about it being too big to put through our letter box; which was annoying because I specifically put that note there for this occasion. I find out from Cult Pens that there's absolutely NO reason why that comment box is there because there IS NO purpose for it which is very misleading and I let them know that. So not only don't I have my order, but they mislead people into believing that they will pass on the messages you put in that comment box. I will NEVER be doing business with a company that misleads people.

This website has an incredible range of pens (the ones I was looking for I couldn't find anywhere else). Customer service was brilliant too, I'd messed up my order a little, but they were super-efficient sorting it out, and the pens were with me what felt like moments later. Highly recommended.
