We had dealings with this company and the service and attitude is appalling . He needs to be trained to deal with customers and stop being rude , we ordered an item and it was not fit for purpose And when we contacted him he said the policy is that they don't do returns . I will never order from this company again .If fact he was telling me when I sould use the product I purchased.I purchased an item fform his company and he did nothing to help

We needed very heavy duty punched pockets, and I had great difficulty finding any at a reasonable price - until I came across Office Needs Direct.

I was asked to purchase a white board for the department, I scrolled through the internet to find a provider. Office Needs Direct came up with the goods - purchasing was a breeze, when I called up later on they were incredibly efficient and mercifully knew who I was and what I had ordered - and then it turned up in a timely fashion. Yesterday I received a tax invoice without even asking! Excellent stuff! Would highly recommend.

I have recently ordered a Philips LFH0898 Digital Compact Meeting Recorder Kit including Microphone and Voice Tracer Ref LFHH898. I needed the item for next day delivery to fulfil a meeting requirement. I contacted Office Needs Direct and spoke to a very helpful and friendly gentleman. He confirmed that the item was in stock and assured me it would be delivered next day. The product has proved to be an excellent addition to the office and the service which I received was just as I would have hoped. I can definately recommend this company and this particular product.

I don't often leave reviews but owing to our recent order I felt I should take the time! Office needs direct recently supplied quite a large order for our company after we had had some problems with one of the large direct mail companies. In contrast the service we recieved from this company was first rate and I would have no problems in recommending them to others. Keep up the good work!

Delivery Saturday. Two boxes out of 6.

Promised Monday,then Thursday.

Today assured before 4.30pm. Now 16.47pm and guess what. Yep no cupboards.

Office Needs Direct excellent effort, but Yodel who represents and delivers for this company are shocking beyond belief.

We recently purchased desks, whiteboards and office chairs from office needs direct and found not only a great price, but also first class service from the lad I spoke to on the phone. All delivered on time and a follow up call to check all was ok. Will be using these guys again!

Wanting to replace a Samsung printer with teh same model I found it was out pf production and so it was hard to find one. Th efirst supplier said it was in stcok, took a credit card payment and then had to send a refund as it had been sold. Office Needs Direct took my details and said that one printer was available. They then contacted their warehouse and got the staff to physically check the printer was still there rather than trusting a computer printout. They then called me back and took my payment, on a Friday afternoon - so no deliveries on a weekend. To my delight FedEx delivered the printer on Monday morning and as I was out, left it in a shed as requested through Office Needs Direct. Overall the service was ehlpful, patient, thorough, and friendley. Well done all!

Excellent service on what proved to be a difficult product to find. It's nice to find a company who will take the time to satisfy requests a bit out of the ordinary! A big thank you we will definitely be using them again.
