I ordered a contact and clicked on the wrong pwr and they sent it anyway without reviewing my prescription. I contacted them and told them and they sent a message that I could not return it as pur there website. I contacted them back and told them that is is a law in the U.S. that they cross check the prescription and them sent me the same message. so I called paypal and they returned my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

MY experience with this company is great. The contact lens looks natural when i wear it and I get so many compliments. When I placed my order, I accidentally put the wrong address. After i contacted the customer service, they immediately corrected the address. I'm super pleased with the product because they blend so well into my eye. I've never payed such a price for a contact that looks this good.

I love the service and the products on this store, very fast shipping despite the fact that postal sevice is very slow in my area, unlike other sites where I have to wait up to two months. would honestly recommend to anyone.

First off.... They make you think you are buying a box of contacts and that would mean 6 contacts, right? Nope, they call it a box and only put in 3. It takes more than 2 weeks to ship so get ready for the wait. And to top it off I have an astigmatism so I need the hash marks on them to put them in correctly, just like every pair I've ever had. Do you think these have those essential marks in them. Of course not. Disappointing.

I've been ordering for years. No hassle ordering and quick delivery. Never had a problem. Prices are much lower than the competition.

I can't believe how misleading and uninformative their advertising is!! Contact lenses from other sellers are 6 (six) per box. I understand their price is much lower but unfortunately it did not occur to me that the difference would be only 2 lenses per box. I didn't see that until after receiving them and then going back to their website to see what I had originally missed. Had I seen the 2 lenses per box, I would NOT have ordered from them. Oh, and shipping costs from overseas was $15.56!

I am greatly disappointed. I thought I had found a great deal. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. If it's too good to be true...

This company sent me the wrong product. Not only was it wrong, the product was expired! When I asked for an exchange, they accused me of lying and said I'd have to pay return shipping on top of another $50 shipping fee. Customer service was rude and unfriendly! I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

They post misleading P.O. Box addresses on their website, but they are based in China.

i am always skeptical in ordering stuff online as i have many terrible experience , but to my surprise shoppping at contactlensxchange was easy and fast.

I can easily select the choice of lens, color and model that i like and by just a simple fews clicks the order is done without any hipcups.

The order was arrived on time although i really hope that it can be here like the next day .. ha ha , may be too muck too ask .

I bought contacts from contactlensxchange.com for my Asian girlfriend, who wanted contacts not sold in the US (at least to my knowledge). I was a little nervous, as a lot of the reviews I read were in non-native English and probably not US-based. I ordered the contacts on September 30, and they arrived in my mailbox in California on October 11. For cross-Pacific shipping this seems reasonable. The contacts were as advertised and were the correct power. I will buy from this vendor in the future for similar purchases.

I always love colored contact lenses but i really cannot find one company that can provide me with a good range selection of color lens to choose from . They either have a particular brand but it is not comfortable for me or they have good selection but the price is too high .
