After spending some months trying to find an opticians with a nice collection of designer frames, I came across Iris online. I found their Richmond branch and popped in when I had some free time between work. I found the person I dealt with incredibly helpful and his advice felt honest and straight to the point. I placed an order immediately as I felt in good hands and their pricing was very competitive even compared to online pricing. I was told that my new glasses should be ready in a couple of days and they delivered on time and even stayed around after hours as I was stuck in traffic trying to reach the store.

I feel that the person I dealt with really knows his stuff, is straight to the point and is able to give what I feel is honest advice and recommendation and delivers an outstanding service.

Well recommended.

I ordered a reglaze for a moscot sunglases at City shop in London. The employee said they will match the colour of the original lenses. At the end the replaced lenses are more clear than the originals and also they were unable to give me the original lenses back with the excuse they broke up in the process. At the end £55 out of my pocket plus the original lenses. NEVER AGAIN!!!

There is no option for zero stars, a shame as this company really deserve no less.I have been unfortunate to deal with them twice, once on initial purchase, incorrect prescription lenses cracked, they replaced the lens.

The second was for a new prescription reglaze, the lenses are terrible and have become very scratched within a month. I returned the glasses to have them fitted to me as the reglazing had them bent out of shape.

The operative proceeded to wreck the arms with a pair of pliers, incredible.

I decided to take a visit to their main branch in Butlers wharf, i truly wish i had not. My glasses are now wrecked.

This company has no customer relations whatsoever.

I needed to replace the lenses in my glasses and had quotes of £80.00 to £130 from high street opticians. This was to fit new basic (no frills) lenses into my existing frame. Saw Iris Optical on line and being near to their City shop called in with my frame and was quoted £55.00 all in. Had the glasses back n less than a week and couldn't be more pleased.
