The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Received!!
I have ordered several times before from this company and have been more than happy with the quality. However, on this occasion the collar came in a very stiff condition and a part of the leather was peeling away. Paying over £40 for a collar this kind of condition isn’t acceptable, so understandably I asked for an exchange.
I sent the collar back, I even paid the postage so I could exchange it for a new one in better condition. They were extremely rude and accused me of damaging the dog collar. Why would I damage it when I purchased it in the first place? I wanted a replacement because of the poor quality I had received it in. They claimed it came in two pieces? Strange because I never sent it back like that and why would I? They have since sent me a photograph of the collar and l can honestly say it wasn’t sent back in that condition nor does it resemble the same one I sent back.
Very unprofessional on the phone and horrible to speak to. Has stated that I have been abusive, when in fact I would imply it’s the other way around. I understand sometimes items are faulty, I just wanted to get it resolved and get my dog his new collar. They don’t understand the concept of customer service, or the fact that she has lost a customer who would have happily ordered from them in the future.
Just a warning for anyone looking to order from here, think twice! Go elsewhere and find a company that treat their customers with respect and don’t falsely accuse you. People deserve to know the facts!

Great Waterproof Dog Coat For My Whippet

Dishonest Retailer
I placed an order for 2 items specifically so that it took my order above the minimum for free delivery. They took payment for both items and then emailed me to say one item was out of stock. I called & emailed them and stated clearly that I would not be paying a delivery charge, and that either I would amend my order to take it over £49 or I would pay the 1p to take it up to £49. Instead they took an unauthorised payment of £4.99 and sent the incomplete order. I emailed them immediately and said they did not have authorisation to do so, and I wanted a refund. They refused saying it was my fault! I pointed out that I’d called and emailed saying I wouldn’t be paying the delivery charge, and still they argued. I raised a PayPal dispute (mistakenly for the original amount of the item they’d failed to supply, for which I guaranteed to return any excess payment) and they agreed to refund me £4.99, telling me to cancel the dispute. I said I’d cancel the dispute after I receive the refund. It was impossible to amend the PayPal amount to £4.99 so the dispute is still pending at the time of this review.
A week later still no refund, and worse, they denied having agreed to make the refund. It would have been very simple a) to have been honest in the 1st place and not take payment for stock they don’t have, b) not send half an order and take an authorised payment for delivery of an unfulfilled order and c) admit their error in the 1st place and refund £4.99 rather than forcing extensive email correspondence by lying their way through a week and still not refunding at the end of it. They were rude, dishonest, and to this day I still have no refund. I’ve asked them to provide proof of my authorisation to take the £4.99 but of course they can’t provide it. There are other reviews of them taking unauthorised payments. Their response to factual review is comedic. Their website is a mess and at the time of writing they are non-compliant with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.
It's interesting to see that they've tried to discredit another customer's trustpilot review - they've done the same with mine...desperately trying to get it taken down every time it gets put back up.

Like I said on Trustpilot to the MD, who said I wasn’t a customer “We give reviewers the freedom to choose their own username, so you might not always recognise their name as a customer or yours. But that doesn’t mean they haven’t had a genuine, recent experience with your company. If you want more information, try engaging with the reviewer’…or in this case it really does continue to show the ATROCIOUS customer service fleecedog harnesses/EDog Products really offer. By the way, they then deleted any response when the ICO got in contact with them for them sharing my data without my permission or knowledge.
If you have anything of value to add, share it with the MD so she may take it on board and as Trustpilot says ‘engage with the reviewer’

Lovely, Well Made Fleece Harnesses
This company made 2 custom made fleece harnesses for my tiny dogs who I have always struggled to find harnesses for that fit. So finally they both have well-fitting, comfortable harnesses. So pleased, many thanks. Was easy and pleasurable to order on the phone. Great customer service and delivery as promised.

This Company Have Just Tried To Discredit My Trust
This company have just tried to discredit my trust pilot review of them, saying there's no record of an order or contact from me. I reiterate, my mother on my behalf as a gift ordered a harness made to fit for my dog, made payment. She already had unpleasant ness from the owner when innocently ringing to get an update on the order. When the harness itself did arrive, it was not perfect fit on my dog, was messy and complicated to put on and off and made him pull more than even a lead and collar. When I rang to give feedback, the owner/'designer' was so stern and abrupt in her manner, actually seemed angry with me and blamed my mother. All the negative reviews on trust pilot they have tried to discredit and get removed. I have never known such an unpleasant company, they need to be reported to Trading Standards.

I Bought A Bergan Car Harness And Cinch It Perfect
I bought a Bergan Car harness and Cinch it Perfect Fit dog collar from Fleecedogharnesses.co.uk
I was unsure of the size to buy so I gave them a quick call, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I made my purchase on-line, it was very easy and the goods arrived in a couple of days.
Thrilled with the harness and the dog collar. Very easy to fit, perfect size. We live near a river so the waterproof collar is perfect for our dog who like to take a swim whenever possible.
Would highly recommend and will buy from them again.

Dog Harness Snapped
My Husky snapped the harness from [email protected] known as fleecedogharnesses.co.uk we had the harness 10 Months and it was great, we used it daily. One afternoon in Derbyshire my dog set chase on a rabbit, she ran out of lead and came to a massive Holt... the harness snapped clean on the cross on her back! She had not realised so did not run
Thank goodness. It as the accusing people at the company Fleecedogharnesses.co.uk I was annoyed with, they said send it back and pay for stitching, why would I do that when it was less than 12 Months old? They said this has never happened before and ignored my emails - which to be fair I was more annoyed each time they ignored me. I felt as though they thought I had done the damage so therefore they took no reasonability at all - poor service. They said they were to busy to talk to me on the phone and hung up on me when I asked why my harness was excluded from the STD 12 months guarantee.
I don't know if they know how to take responsibility as I'm being blamed too.
Mine was 12 days old!

Extremely Helpful - Great Prices
I bought a Bergan Car harness for my dog from Fleecedogharnesses.co.uk and they went out of thier way to be helpful, replying to my emails instantly, and offering to exchange the size of the tether for me to one that it doesnt normally come with. They were so helpful I had to review them as I was thrilled with their level of custmer service, something you don't normally get these days! Thank you so much!
