Compromised Medicine Delivery
My librela medicine arrived at room temperature rather than at below 8 C. I spoke to a call centre operator first who assured me that the drug can withstand 6 months at 25 C despite the manufacturer Zoetis saying it would be classed as “off license” and that Zoetis won’t take responsibility for the drug if it is unrefridgerated. The sales director told me that it is a conspiracy with vets meds that we need them chilled and started going on about human insulin. It was very strange and they have £94 of mine - I rejected the package whilst they were online - having spent 7.50 on express delivery to have it arrive a day too late. They were adamant that in the contract with them they are allowed to do this as I didn’t want to pay £170 for cold transport. Incredibly odd company.

Quick To Sell. Refused A Return And Refund
Hyperdrug were very helpful when I was trying to source a new to market food for our very poorly drug. But one month later, when we had to take home off that food because it didn't suit him they refused to accept a return of the excess food I had.
Policy was returns inly within 14 days (statutory online selling cooling off period). The food was only 17 days outside the return period. No discretion or flexibility. Director level decision. No compassion.
Unlike Purina when we had the same issue previous. They took the food back No problem - 2 months later.

one phone call ,to get Hyperdrug to acknowledge the emails and engage.
Hyperdrug supplied me with poor quality wellington with holes and they will not refund me without having the wellington in hand ,they have numerous photographs of the holes and a general over view of poor constructed wellington .Why did they sell these obviously substandard wellingtons ,they cost seventy pounds .
They were told not to pick up without refunding me first ,they acknowledge my request and still tried to pressure me into returning them without refunding me.

Shocking Company
Be careful ordering from this company. Delivery takes ages, and items never seem to be in stock if you order more than one item and one is out of stock they won't send part of the order, you have to ring them to be told we are waiting for a delivery. But by then 5 days has pasted. Customer service is very rude and unfortunately that goes for management as well. Avoid they just want your money for express delivery and the items never arrive for at least 3 days.
No thought for our pets that need this medication.

Ordered 3 x2kg bags of allergy food for my very sick cat to avoid postage on an already very expensive product, anything else could potentially kill her. My order was accepted for delivery in 3 to 5 days, I had enough left for about a week. 3 days later they rang to say they only had one bag and I could have it but would have to pay full postage increasing the cost from an already staggering £12 a kilo to almost £15 a kilo. Unprepared to send me the one bag now and the other 2 when in stock Very rude and unhelpful customer service despite the fact I usually order around £250 of food a year for just this one of my cats. With that attitude I certainly won't order from them again.

Ordered over reach boots did not fit. Had them one day tried them on and didn't fit. Rang and said wipe them and send back which I did next day. Now won't give me money back as said they had sawdust on. Our stables do not have sawdust. I had to try them on. If it was a rug you have to try them on. The guy was very rude on the phone and by e mail. He doesn't have horses by the way

I bought cat litter from this company,was cheaper than any local suppliers,and also free delivery,goods were despatched promptly and well within the timescale promised, the company,and also the delivery company kept me up to date constantly,would have no hesitation in recommending them,only very very slight negative was that two,of the five bags were slightly split,but no contents were lost.

Late Delivery Awful Service
Ordered cat putty to help sick animal take his medication after usual methods and treats failed. Paid extra for express delivery on Friday afternoon, expecting to get it on Saturday. As of the following Wednesday it has still not arrived. 3 phone calls to customer service later and a manager finally called back, mainly to argue with me that I'd chosen and paid extra for the wrong fast track service, I'd chosen the "fast track priority" one which obviously meant that they would not dispatch the parcel until 5 days later. He was not prepared to even refund the £5.42 delivery charge. I had to take my cat to the vet as I couldn't get medication into him, the manager said "well we're not an emergency service" I'm aware of that, if express delivery takes 6 days.
Dreadful delays, misleading information and awful customer service. Just don't use them!
