the person who runs KPC used to trade on Ebay and Amazon (under name KFxDirect). she ripped off a number of people there and eventually stopped trading.

She then started to run a pet-sitting service out of her rented flat - but without her landlord's knowledge or permission. This was comletely uninsured and highly unprofessional.

Since then she has started up this new marketing service. based on her previous history i would be very careful of dealing with KPC.

I have used other on line suppliers before but KPC are the best. Others receive your order, (you hope), and eventually your goods arrive - end of. KPC communicate with you through the whole process telling you where your goods are and when you will receive them. If there are any queries they are dealt with immediately and without fuss. Their prices are the best out there. I have recommended KPC to several friends and look forward to dealing with them for a long time to come.

Really a great shopping experience with a good website, followed by updates on order status.

Easy to communicate with as well for more info on products, to arrange a delivery day and time.

Was impressed the first time and am still impressed. I would highly recommend.

Since using Kelly's Pet Supplies online I no longer need to go the pet shop and lug heavy tins of food and litter back to my car, plus it's cheaper. This is an excellent service and I would highly recommend using them. You also get loyalty points and so you get money off as well with the more you order, so it's a win win situation.

Excellent prices, great promos and fast service. Once you have placed your order you are kept well informed with regard to status. Excellent range of products too. Definitely a preferred supplier and will be using again.

I was very sceptical about buying online from a company I hadnt heard of before, and got reccomended KPC Pet Supplies by a friend of mine who have been using them a couple of months, and thought I'd give them a try.

I was very impressed with the service. After ordering my item I receieved an email within a second confirming my order, and then subsequent emails thereafter on the status of my order ..... all actually sent via a living breathing person and not an automated email which was nice.

I chose the 'Pet Saver' delivery option which is slightly longer in delivery time, but saying that got my order within 5 days which I was very happy with. It was well packaged and sent via the most friendly courier I have ever dealt with.

Will definately be using them in the future, as their prices are one of the best I have seen online.
