Inept

I placed an order 1st October. It is 18th and I still haven't received it. I can't get through by phone and they won't reply to emails. I have run out of the items so need to find time to go shopping.

Will have to seek legal advice.

Have you received the items or a refund yet? Placed an order yesterday, got an email straight away to say there may be delay due to warehouse issue and now can't get through to any of them by telephone. Very worried.

Customer Services Completly Useless

I didn't recibe the delivey, I had to call them 6 times and spend more than 10 pounds on it. To have my money back or a new order I had to send them a letter when they were who didn't send my the order. Summary, I won't have my solution before 10 days after to place the order with more than 10 pounds spent apart of the order, energy and time.

The worst customer services ever. I won't order more with this company.

Avoid At All Costs, Rubbish Service

Order paid for 10 days ago,informed dog food not in stock, just received a dispatch e-mail.

Promised to upgrade delivery to next day priority service as a gesture of good will when my order was back in stock.

No such luck....still waiting.....do not bother using this company....complete waste of time

My dog was diagnosed with renal failure on Monday, my vet advised Royal canin renal food to give him a few more comfortable days so that my son who is in the military could say his goodbye. We ordered from medic animal and paid for the upgraded delivery, I received an order received email, with no mention it wasn't in stock. On Wednesday I phoned to see where it was to be told it wasn't in stock! I explained the situation and asked why I hadn't received an email to inform me of that fact only to be told that wasn't the way their system worked, to say I'm furious would be an understatement, very unapologetic, terrible customer service DO NOT USE. I went straight to viovet where I ordered and the food has been put by for immediate collection to make up for medicanimals huge failure.

Terrible Service, Terrible Company!

I used Medic animal for the first time on 18th December to buy a couple of Christmas presents for my puppy. I was assured my order would reach me in time for the big day. No such luck!! By the 3rd January I'd now moved house and my order was still yet to be processed!

I contacted their customer service team who turned out to be unhelpful, unwilling and very, very rude! When the order eventually arrived (via asking the new people in my old home to post it up to me), the activity treat ball I ordered was cheap and nasty. It literally fell apart lifting it out of the box, but I honestly can't be bothered to get back in touch with them to argue for a refund. My advice would be - avoid at all costs, this company is awful.

Worst Online Retailer I Have Ever Known!!!

I order most of my goods online and this company is by far the worst i have ever known. They take more than a week to approve an order for non-prescription medication and if you e-mail them you just get an automated response saying they will contact you in 48hrs and then you do not get a reply, If you ring them you are put on hold, i was on hold for 20 minutes and then i hung up. I would avoid this company at all costs, there are far far better animal medication online retailers.

What A Rip Off

Placed my order on the 28th, they took the money on the 31st...the day they went in to administration. Absolutely disgusted with them!

Not sure it was because I left this feedback, but late that same evening I received an email apologising for not fulfilling my order, and that due to a 'take over', they were instructed not to contact anyone for a few days. They have confirmed they will be refunding my money within 7 days...watch this space. They say the website etc is up and running again now so try try and try again you never know!!

It is absolutely disgusting that they have continued to take money from customers, knowing they cannot deliver the products. I returned an item which hasn't been refunded .. they were happy to take my money for the replacement item I needed, but despite numerous emails to them, I have heard nothing.... what a dreadful, immoral company they are

Medicanimal Is In Administration - Do Not Order

I wish companies going into administration as of 31 July according to some reports. Why indulge in smooth talking instead of being honest. This is what appears on logging to their website:

"Oops! We are extremely popular at the moment, you may not be able to access our site temporarily. We are working as fast as our paws can manage to get this fixed"

They should at least have adjusted their wording saying "we are extremely unpopular at the moment as we are unable to communicate with you regarding existing orders"

Following my review above (carnabyrider on 05/08/2015) a follow-up is in order: An email from Medicanimal landed in my inbox yesterday (13/08/15)--presumably an automated message--kindly requesting a review relating to my order of 24/07/15, which of course failed to be delivered. Returning to their website today I am irritated to find that though I get no response on checking the position of my order I am still able to register a new order, go to the till ... and (presumably) pay. Given that the firm is said to be in administration.as of 31st July it Is scandalous that no relevant message is displayed on the website and that orders are still accepted.

No Contact After Payment

Placed an order on 29th July and only received confirmation of payment email!!!!! Been trying to contact them by phone and get cut off! Very angry and disappointed as I have used Medicanimal for months with no problems and always had delivery with 2 days. Now nearly out of specialised dog food so will have to buy it directly from the vet which is more expense. Hope I can get a refund or have they gone bust?

I'm exactly the same. Placed order last week. Payment taken but nothing dispatched. Website down and can't get through on telephone number. Have used the company for months with no problems so hope it's just a technical issue
