Refused entry as I have hidden disabilities, showed sun flower card also offered disability ID card , but was told I can be served at the door , discussing never been treated so bad by shop keepers , same applies at reptile centre Towcester as I phoned to ask was told there I can go in at the end of the day when no one is there how disgusting would never spend my money with people like that .

Memebrs of staff where friendly and couldnt be more helpful in ordering in what ever I needed!

Great selection of animals and stock in store a great visit!

i am not happy. the delivery time was great but, when I opened the box the lid was off the bug gel and was all over the box with the bottom of the box nearly through. this product is now no good to me as the contents soaked through the box and into the packaging and other products inside.

The quality of the animals on sale, customer service and after sales care make this retailer stand head and shoulders above other reptile stores. Keep up the good work guys.

really amzazing. Vivs are really easy to assemble and are delivered very quickly. Excellant quality at a great price have already recommended people to use this company. The quality and service is brilliant and i will highly recomend for many more years to come A* thankyou so much for my beardies new home.

First of all I had really bad experience with the deliver side of the company... my viv arrived late after paying for next day delivery and then arrives scratch dented and chipped.

After we spoke to a staff member and the manager I felt re assured.

The manager was amazing ! emailed me back straight away sorted the problem straight away and even sent me some free bee's could have asked for a better response.

It is not their fault the deliver service was so rubbish and I believe they have had many good experiences more than bad so must have been a one off but the company itself was so good to me !!!!!
