I was looking for Heartgard plus for my dog. I live in the USA and an rx is required from my vet. When I asked they said they didn’t need it. It made me uncomfortable, but when I received the product it had a different box. It was made to be sold in Australia. When I called to get the one I wanted, made for US customers, an Indian man, who couldn’t have been more rude made me send pictures of the box. I also asked where they were located, if they had a physical presence in the US, he refused to answer the question.

I’ve been warned, mostly by vets about online vet rx .coms and this company is what they’re talking about. How do I know if I’m not getting the real drug to protect my dog. I like to save money, but this time I’m afraid I’m getting counterfeit

Yes, the prices are lower than most websites. However, they don't make it clear where this company is located. When I found out online this company is not US based, I tried to cancel my order. I tried calling their 1-800 number but never connected. I sent an email and they indicated it was too late and they had already shipped. This company doesn't send an email confirming either purchase nor shipping. I paid extra for shipping tracking, but a tracking number hasn't been sent. The cost doesn't make up for the lack of customer service.

The company says it is in Canada. It is in Singapore. The products fit the description of counterfeits so I contacted Frontline Flea in the US. The products were produced for sale in Africa. They may or may not be real but it is definitely ILLEGAL TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS IN THE US. Frontline said to NEVER PUT THESE PRODUCTS ON MY PETS. Frontline will send approved US products, free of charge, ONCE to you.

I love this site but and always buy from this site only but the thing is I have to buy my supplies always 1 month earlier then I need it...

So I advise all of you guys if you want the massive discount for pet care product then you should buy it from PetCareSupplies.com and please order it a little bit earlier then you expect...

I happened to stumble on to this website after learning about a huge discount they were offering for god knows what reason. So I browsed through the site and purchased a few products without realizing that I had to apply a coupon code to avail the discount. I was so disapointed and without any delay dialed customer care. They told me that I need not worry and that they will transfer back the extra amount within a few days. Three days later, I got a notification saying that my account has been credited. I called them back and thanked them for their good service.

I ordered Frontline Plus for my cat. Picture on website shows same box that i get when i buy it in the USA. The box i received is from South Africa. I called company and talked to a person with Indian accent. Nothing but excuses. To me this company is very deceitful.( Just like the Chinese) There is a lot of information about this on the website but you really have to dig for it. The shipping was by Royal Mail and product comes from South Africa. Why doesn't this company just state this out in the open and not hide it. Maybe because if they did their sales would drop? To return this garbage would cost more than the purchase price.

Very sad that a company has to be so deceitful. If they offer such great deals why not put all of the details out in the open.

I have been ordering supplies from this site for over 2 years now. Their products are branded and have always worked for my beagle. They have been consistently providing my orders on time except a few late deliveries which were due to genuine reasons. Infact, I was refunded for the one that got delivered after 24 days of the placement. So far, I haven’t faced any issue regarding the quality or other service related problems. I completely depend on this site as the products have never failed to show the expected results.

I purchased what appeared to be a USA approved product. What I received came from South Africa. I called Merial in Georgia. They said to not use it. It is not produced with the same control and formulation as the US product. Word to the wise.

This company is very reliable. The price and product are great and it works on my pets!
