Never Heard Of Them Before But Yesterday They Took
Never heard of them before but yesterday they took money out of my bank account. Called them to ask for more information and the person refused to help me for 'data protection' reasons. Now in the hands of the Fraud Investigation Team with my bank but found a few people on the net saying the same has happened to them.

Charged My Card With No Authorisation
This company has charged my credit card when i have never heard of them . have no pets and never heard of this website before and they refuse to speak to me to solve this issue.

Exactly the same happened to me. Payment taken on 26/4/17 and I've never heard of them before. Called them and they were not interested in helping.

I received an order from Petmeds today.It contained some drinking bottles which were fine and some ceramic bowls which were fine. Four of the bowls were chipped on the edges and not fit to use because of the sharp edges.
I decided to phone to let Petmeds know that the bowls were unusable and had probably been damaged by rough handling of the package although in my opinion they had been poorly packed.
After the process of pres one if you want this service or two if you want another etc I found myself in a cue. Despite the automated voice keeping me informed of my position and estimated time left telling me I was four minutes away from talking I was on hold for what seemed ages.
When I finally got through I found the lady very unhelpful. She said she could offer me a refund. I thought this acceptable until she told me how much.
She was offering a third of the price paid and when I pointed out that two thirds of the bowls were damaged and therefore should I not get two thirds off. She said no. That she thought it was reasonable because I could keep the damaged bowls. I explained they could not be used for the purpoe they were advertised an animal feeding bowl.
The outcome is that I have to package the damaged bowls to send back and if she agrees she may consider a two thirds refund.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE.
I will never shop at Petmeds again and will tell anyone who will listen about the poor sevice.

Would Never Use Again!
Placed order in July. Still NOT dispatched by September. Numerous emails not replied to. So rang to (quite rightly) complain and cancel order on the 18/9. Refund still NOT in account. Tried to speak to someone, but was talked over. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, told there wasn't one & she cut off call.Rang back and spoke to 'the person I dealt with' who clearly had decided to try to amuse himself at my expense.TOTALLY unacceptable business and customer service. IMMEDIATE REFUND, VERBAL AND WRITTEN APOLOGY REQUIRED

Glad I Don't Shop Here For Meds.
1. Items took a long time to be sent out. I was however eventually sent an e-mail that actually told me.
2. When items arrived to me, one item was missing. I also reveived an extra package addressed to me WITH SOMEONE ELSES TABLETS INSIDE.
3. Sent an e-mail as the website boasts of a 24 hour customer service.
4. around two weeks and two e-mails later I finally got a reply to my first e-mail.
5. This e-mail called me the wrong name, told me they would resolve the problem by sending the lady her tablets. They did not mention my missing item.
6. Sent them another e-mail thanking them for fixing the ladys order but told them I was incredibly disappointed in their customer service, I no longer wanted the item and would like a refund instead.
7. Two weeks later, still no reply.
8. Contacted them via telephone and apparently the same person who answered my first e-mail was on the line and had apparently not even read the e-mail I'd sent asking for a refund. I was told I would get a refund right away.
9. one week later I've yet to see this refund. I've had to open a Paypal dispute as I feel this is the only way I will ever get my money back.
If this was my business I would be incredibly disgusted, this is not good enough. I will never buy from them again, and they should really fix that "24 hour reply" promise on their website.

I'm just glad I didn't order medicine for my pets! Although I ended up with someone elses! After a longer than anticipated wait for my items to arrive, I got 2 parcels from them, I figured they must not have all fit in one. First parcel was fine, however the second one, rather than finding the new toy I bought for our Goldie, I found 4 boxes of canine joint medication and the order info for a lady in Southampton! I checked the parcel - it was indeed addressed to me.
According to their website they have great customer service and respond to e-mails within 24 hours. Well, one week and two e-mails later I'm still waiting for them to respond. It is a pretty dire situation, I have someones meds here, heaven knows what the poor lady must be thinking! Wake up Pemeds CS!! Do your job! I'll be calling as soon as possible for answers and a solution to get orders where they need to be. It's ridiculous when you have to do their job for them.

False Advertisinf And Incorrect Information On Website
I reordered some wormed which required a prescription. They had changed the website wording to say 2 tablets per pack so i ordered 4 packs thinking 8 tablets would arrive. The price for 4 x 2 tablets per pack were exactly the same price as what I had previously ordered so didn't think there were any problems until my order arrived a week later and there were only 4 tablets. I the. Did an online web chat with customer services who basically told me that the website was incorrect and the price had doubled. I don't actually believe this is the case and they've fleeced me for 4 tablets and overcharged me. The tablets are basically the same price as at the vets so what's the point in buying from here! I will not be using their services again.

I have used Petmeds for many years with no problems, until this year. I have placed 2 orders and both times did not receive items due to "supplier problems". I phoned and got told would be sent that day. Had to chase up via email and was then told would be sent asap. They take your money but done provide the goods. Avoid.

One Mistake After The Other..
I had used Petmeds for sometime, for thyroid and flea medications for my cat and had always found them to be helpful and the experience of ordering and receiving the medication hassle free...until 4 weeks ago, when they informed me that they did not have the original prescription for the medication.
I have always ensured the original prescription was sent to them via post, so when I phoned and emailed them to ask them to confirm that they had received the prescription by post, my question was met with "We always need the original prescription" yes, I get that, but you haven't answered my question!.
After a number of increasingly frustrated phone calls and emails to their customer service team and pharmacy I asked them to call my veterinary surgery to confirm that they had the original prescription. They promised they would, but didn't, so I called the surgery directly and asked them to call Petmeds. The situation seemed to be resolved and the medication was sent immediately after, but 2 weeks later I received an email from them stating that my order was ready to be delivered?? It already had, so why were they sending it again? Queue another round of phone calls and emails, where they were of little help and responded to my complaint in such an insipid way that I no longer have any trust in the company. I am now awaiting the original prescriptions to be sent back to me so I can use a different veterinary pharmacy.

Don't Go Near Them
I had 2 almost incident free transactions, however I faxed my prescription, sent the hard copy by post. They claimed they never received either. They said they called my vet to get my prescription faxed over, my vet said they didn't . I still don't have the pills I have asked for my money back but so far received no reply. Don't go near them a bunch of cQn merchants
