I wanted to buy a cat flap that was operated by my cat's chip. I ended up going to petstuffgalore who are based in Chesham, UK. I decided to phone them up to ask about a particular cat flap since I had read that there can be problems with the chip your cat has. I was told that if I had any problems at all, they would be happy to accept returns and that I would not be out of pocket with delivery or return expenses. Unfortunately the cat flap did not work properly with my cat, but guess what? Having returned the cat flap as instructed, not only have I had to listen to an intransigent and belligerent individual telling me how I have lied about what that self same individual told me over the phone, but in order to gain a refund I have had to get my credit card company involved, and I have not had any refund for the £13.90p postage that I have paid in delivery and return charges.

Do not use this company - they cannot be trusted to honour what they say on the phone.
