I ordered two dog beds, they did not arrive. After a while I tried to contact them, one phone number is invalid and the other keeps ringing and is not answered. I finally received a response via email after I said I would have no choice but to put a note on their facebook page, to which they sent ME a rather aggressive email saying they would look at this as libel, what a cheek! They said they would come back to me in two days, I heard nothing and kept trying to contact them over and over again. I finally raised a dispute with PAYPAL and they managed to get my money back, thank goodness. This is an absolutely rubbish company!!!!!

As with a few others of late on this review centre I have big problems with them.

Dog meal ordered 8th April, never received. Difficult to contact them, (contact telephone number given unrecognised and emails ignored), and when I finally made it, through their website, I received lame excuses and then unkept promises to remedy same, even though it was handled by their "dynamic response representative". (says it all really, doesn't it?)

Just opened paypal dispute. If you are insist on doing business with this company at least pay via paypal and I would recommend the "payment after receipt of goods option".

In many years of using the web for purchasing this is my first real problem company.

Found this shop after speaking to all the usual and none would give me decent prices, Pooch By Post wouldn't discount either but their prices were much better, even close to wholesalers where I would have to buy in massive bulk! their products are great and their customer service is too, like youre speaking to an actual person not a robot. I would higly recommend if you are looking for good stuff at low prices

This company is awful..I've never left a review like this before but felt the need this time. Their customer service is diabolical..they don't answer emails, or phone calls, infact the telephone number on their website doesn't even exist..the only way they would communicate with me was via Facebook and that's because I wrote all over their wall...the only good thing to say about them is that when PayPal were involved they refunded me my money..avoid like the plague

Company, rude and DO NOT answer their phone. If you value your money don't go near them.

Also, love how every time a bad review goes on here...a good one arrives!!

Ordered dog products from this company luckily I paid via Paypal as goods never arrived, I had to claim refund via Paypal. Company sent me rude email once I filed a refund request. PLEASE do not use this company
