Needed a heat bulb for daughters bearded dragon ( it always goes when she's away somewhere) and didn't have a clue what I was requiring, spoke to someone online who was quick to respond and very helpful. Went to transit way store and asked staff member if I had the correct one, he checked and tested bulb and told me it was the correct one. Very friendly and chatty. Both online and store staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent service.

ordered a micro pump 3 months ago. Nothing was delivered. When I phoned to complain the reason given was they were out of stock. When I asked for a refund I was given more excuses but no money. Still waiting 3 months later. These jokers should be reported to trading standards.
