Ordered a gecko tank and it came with only half the things in it. The stuff is rubbish quality and nothing like the picture. Refused a refund. Avoid where possible and go to trusted Pets at Home!
Gone Off Products And Refused To Refund
I ordered gourmet liver sausages at x72 packets.. ALL CAME DRY AND SMELLING FUNNY. GONE OFF. STILL IN DATE BUT BAD PRODUCT YET THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. Money hungry and bad service

I have been waiting over a month for the cat food I ordered. So initially I thought it was taking long because of Corona. But this is ridiculous. I emailed customer service a week ago - no reply. I filled in their online contact form three days ago - no reply. I really don’t know what to do next. I’ve been feeling extremely anxious that it’s some kind of spoof website. I can’t see any reviews on the website which makes me wonder if it’s legit??I could really do without all this surplus anxiety. In the meantime, I’m struggling to get cat food elsewhere and was counting on this shipment.

Still waiting For delivery after nearly two months. Had an email over a month ago advising my order would be delivered the next day - still waiting.
They don’t respond to emails / complaints and don’t answer the phone. All you get is standard email response asking you to allow up to 14 days for delivery due to high demand - come on guys it’s been two months!! I would say it’s an appalling service but all they’ve done is take my money so, no service provided.

Ordered 21st March and told delivery for 24th-26th March. Claimed to have shipped on the 31st March via DPD and said DPD are experiencing backlog and would be slow. After failing to contact Pet Express by phone and getting automated email replies, contacted DPD on 11th April and they say the tracking number doesn't exist and their deliveries are normal. So that makes I shall now attempt to get my money back. Be warned, I'm one of many customers experiencing exactly the same problem, being given the same excuses and using DPD as their scapegoat!

I ordered dog food and hen food, standard item, on 23 March. I was told they had despatched them on 1st April. As of 8th April and DPD have still not received them. They don't answer the telephone and you only get automated replies to emails. I think this is a company that don't deliver items. I am now seeking recovery of the money I paid. AVOID AVOID AVOID, Totally unreliable company taking advantage of Covid-19 to not deliver goods or front to enquiries.

I Made And Paid For Two Orders. The Web Site Said
I made and paid for two orders. The web site said that all my ordered goods were in stock. After a couple of days I received emails informing me that DPD would deliver next day. Items didn't arrive. DPD said they were aware the orders but these hadn't been collected.
10 days later first order arrived via DPD. I had order items totalling £35 in this order. The items delivered were similar but different and fewer goods valued at less than £12. Second order still hasn't arrived.
No one answers the customer services number.
Please avoid.

The cat kennel was excellent value. Extremely well made and large enough for the cat to move around in.
Service was great and it came earlier than expected. Packaged well.
Cannot fault the service or the product and the cat loves it.
