Appalling Service.
Absolutely appalling service, my order took 19 days to be delivered which is entirely unacceptable. VioVet do usually take longer than all the other suppliers I buy from, but orders usually do arrive within 7 - 10 days which is still not good when all my other suppliers deliver within 2 days. Their prices are good, but I will no longer be buying from them after this last experience. I run a cat shelter & currently have 8 cats in, so I get through a lot of cat litter, I stocked up when they had an offer on the brand I use to save money as every penny counts here, but due to the late delivery, I had to buy more from another supplier as we were running out. I received a dispatch email on day 16 but still no delivery. I phoned customer services on day 17 of this fiasco to find out when my order was arriving, I was on hold for 40 minutes before someone actually answered. The person sounded totally disinterested, and said it would be the day after next. No explanation as to why my order had taken so long. When I finally got my delivery on day 19, I noticed that it had been sent out on a 48 hour delivery, which means it hadn't actually been dispatched on day 16. If they can send an order out on a 48 hour delivery, why don't they do so when the order is made! I have been buying from VioVet for many years, but since they were taken over in 2023, the service has been getting worse & worse. As well as the long wait for the items to be delivered, the boxes are of very poor quality offering little or no protection, with no added packaging to prevent the contents moving around inside, therefore the boxes are always split open if the contents are heavy. They have lost me as a customer. The service is absolutely dire. I will stick to my other 5 suppliers for all orders now.

Awful Customer Service
I ordered my product on October 30th and paid extra for fast delivery. It’s now November 5th and still nothing has arrived. I’ve tried calling and was told I was 15th in the queue. Have emailed to ask for a refund but the reply just says it’s on it way. What a dreadful display of inadequate and incompetent customer service. Will never use again.

No Refund Or Replacement
Due to an it error my order was sent to my old address from 6 years ago which i never ordered they refused to give me my money back as i gave up waiting to send replacement goods. They have taken £37. 37p from a disabled person. Do not order from viovet. I have called them emailed them and they said they would call me back but didn't or send me an email refusing refund or replacement goods

Really poor customer service. Products that are below the expected quality. I have dog toys that have not even lasted a month with minimal play but apparently tug/ fetch toys where a dog bites it is not the correct way to use it. However the dispute is it should not just rip to pieces like this. Don’t care about warranties or statutory rights

I ordered a Budgie bath from these people. Unfortunately I received the wrong base with no cover for a Budgie bath.
I emailed my concerns. I received a email back thanking me for my feedback. I will never order any thing from these people.

Advantage For Dogs
I was on their four monthly de.ivery of advantage flea treatment for my dog, last one delivered May 13th,my dog passed away and I still had an unopened box in date till 2028 and yet they wouldn’t let me return it !!

If You Haven't The Products In Stock, Don't Advertise Them
I had forgotten why I hadn't ordered from them in over a year and when I ordered this time, I checked online to see that the order had been delayed (and yet no notification). When I checked with a very blase csr I was advised that they didn't have my items in stock but were expecting them. Here's the thing if you don't have the item in stock don't advertise them as in stock and don't take my money. Not only is it dishonest but additionally in the case of much needed medications you are not managing your customer expectations and allowing them to order these elsewhere. Not rocket science is it and it's no wonder that your customers have lost faith in you, judging by these reviews
It's still the same. Ordered from them a few months ago. Said it was in stock on the website but received email a few days later saying there'd be a delay as they were waiting for more stock. So cancelled the order.
Tried them again 4 days ago. Thought I'd give them one more chance. Same thing. Received an email today saying they're waiting for deliveries of stock. So I rang and cancelled the order. (27th september)

Ordering And Prescription Huge Problems
Ordered first time in may 24 was almost a weeks delay over prescription upload rejection then accepted. Second order a month later denied I’d ever had a previous order so rejected it then a week later accepted it. My dog missed out on the medication and made him very poorly again and I called and spoke over the phone to be told they would have it to me in the next five working days already a week late on both orders. If you love your pet and require medication from them please order a good three weeks prior then at least you have time to make other arrangements.

Used To Be Great Now Terrible Service Missing Items Etc
Used to be an excellent website they now seem to enjoys taking large amounts of money then not confirming orders for weeks or saying out of stock 4 weeks after the product paid for and ordered . I’ve now had missing items and they still have not resolved this with me . Terrible customer services , couldn’t get through on the telephone and now have had email asking for ‘security ‘ questions when the information was in my original complaint. Incompetent company will be using Amazon and other prescription sites now

Good prices, but the dog food turned up and the cat food was missing.. The 1st time I called customer service I was told they would resend it.. It never arrived.. The 2nd time I phoned.. I spoke to a rude arrogant totally unhelpful person. Who wanted pictures of my order.. Its not a toy I'd ordered it was food so obviously I couldn't take pictures.. It was my 1st order and will be my last... Please read the other reviews.. I wish I had...
