Not the 5 star service I was expecting based on the reviews below. After an initial quick response from Kyle I was promised a result by the end of that day.

I didn't get a response that day, or the day after, or the day after that.....

After a few voice messages to Kyle as he wasn't picking up I still haven't received a return call.

This company is a beacon of clarity and efficiency in the minefield of business energy supplies.

Highly recommended if you have better things to do in your working day than sort out energy supplies. Well priced options of 12 24 36 month deals. All arranged very quickly with a couple of emails and a 10 minute t+cs phone call. Renewal rate proposals just as competitive as previous year new supply.

I was stuck with only a couple of days to go before the standard rate gas and electricity charges started at my business (huuuuge). Went on line and found Utility Exchange. I thought it would take ages, but he was really efficient and extremely patient when I had to rummage around to find the necessary information. He filled in all the gaps about account numbers and the rest that I could not find and found me a cheaper supplier all within about 15 minutes. Amazing.

I cannot praise the person who dealt with me enough. She sent emails when she said she would, she phoned when she said she would and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. She was able to answer questions and change things as we went along.

I was searching for better rates on my electricy on behalf of the company i work for, as the renewal rates i was offered by Eon were extremely high. I made an enquiry on the utility exchange website and was contacted within minutes of submitting my details. The lady who i spoke to was Suni, she talked me through the process and provided me with some quotations, she further explained each quote and explained the benefit and disadvantage of each one. At no point did she pressure or bully me into making a decision, instead giving me time and allowing me to chose the rates that were best for me but assisting me in the process. I would always use the services provided by the friendly team at utility exchange and when my gas comes up for renewal i know who to go to. All in all a very happy and satisfied customer.

This is definitely the way to avoid the need to spend hours searching for a better deal-no cost to me and everything done by Utility Exchange.

I changed from British Gas to E-on as I had experienced difficulties with British gas. The transfer has been easy for me. However e-on's first communication included a 40page terms and conditions document. Someone needs to tell them that this is hardly simple to understand...................
