Terrible response from customer services. Blame me for the photo being too dark. I would not recommend one click print to anyone.

Horrible! Never received my order. Ordered in March then company said the would resend them. This is horrible that they can just take money like that. I ordered pictures from free print app and got them in 1 week like promised.

Always good quality, quick delivery and reasonable price. Can't ask for better. Thank you.

Worst customer service I have ever come across, not a hint of concern that I was having a problem with their service.

Due to problems with them being unable to access the images I uploaded, I had to upload them 3 times in total (483 images). I had to chase them up to find out where my prints were each time, only to be told that again they had a problem with them. On the final time of uploading I was told they were with "pre press" where they were for 5 days despite me asking them to put some priority on my order.

In all it took from the 26th June until the 21st July before I received my order.

The print quality is mediocre to say the least, & after I "centred" each photo I got back 15 with peoples heads cut off or limbs missing. I also ordered six 7x5 prints & received 2!!!!!!

If you are thinking of getting prints by these people then can I say that there are other printing services around, and I advise you to use them!

Had prints developed. The quality, coloring and clarity were the worst I have seen. I had to get them re-developed by another company and they came out really clear.

Stay away, as you are guaranteed to be disappointing with the images. They aren't images you will treasure, they will be some vague images which dont represent the real life of when the image was taken

The customer service is pretty bad, as they dont even respond to the emails or contact I made with them, and just give some random answers

Short and sweet I thought I would give this company a try the print took two weeks to arrive and was very distorted.I made several contacts to the company and was constantly getting the runaround about where to send the print back or a refund. every time I would contact them they would act like they knew nothing about the claim. Nothing was ever done about it!! I would never use this company again and will never work for them to anyone to use.

I'm a photography degree student and noticed 1click print at the Birmingham photo show.

I was dubious about quality as the cost was half the price of its competitors so I ordered a sample print...it was excellent.

They have since helped me on numerous occasions and quality is always fantastic, service and speed is also great.

Couldn't recommend anymore.

Absolutely love this company. Been a customer for over a year now and never had to complain. Quality is always spot on, delivery is never to long and the staff are lovely. Would definitely recommend this company.

I have had photo blocks, huge canvasses and have just received 3 photo boards, couldn't be more pleased. Arrived bang on time, fantastic quality.

SOOOOO cheap, they have never let me down. I am well pleased...
