The Service Is Not Clear And Not Honest!
In the website states that if I order before 12 I will get a next day delivery.
I made the business cards order and used a discount code sent to my email, then I found out that there is no next day delivery! When I asked the customer service about that they said "I can see you have used a voucher code, next day delivery can not be selected if you have used a voucher" !!!!
No any information on the website mention that if I use the discount code will cancel my next day delivery!! purely because i came with a discount code sent to my email!! which made me now regret using the code as i am very in need to these business cards before Thursday! They wasted my time as 12pm past and now it's very hard to find a place offering next day delivery after 12pm!
I'm very disappointed and this experience made me fee that their service is not clear and not honest!
I will never use them again.
Refusing To Rectify Problem
I contacted printed.com by telephone on 25/11/2016 before close of business and requested for them to put on hold the printing of leaflets until we made some adjustments to the artworks. Despite not having started the printing process, they refused to do this. After being a long standing loyal customer for past 10 years specially with goodprint.com I will never be using printed. com ever again.
Awful Awful Awful
I have used printed.com before and been really happy with the results, but this experience has really put me off and I would not wish to have a similar experience again.
I have been waiting over 1 month for my prints, I have received the single proof copies but never the full order. The order has been sent out 3 times, twice printed have said that Royal Mail have lost it and the third time that k had signed for a received the delivery which is far from the truth!
I am so angry and frustrated that something as simple as printing some cards off can be messed up by a 'reputable company'
Bad bad bad customer service, advisors have no idea what is going on, and I have been made to feel like an idiot, an idiot who is paying good money for their services.
Will never use again and advise all others to go elsewhere
Awful Quality And Service
Utterly appalling standard of quality! I have been using printed.com for about 8 months for personal and business use. They used to be friendly, helpful and all items received were great quality. However on the largest order that i have placed to date, regarding 1050 brochures, they were dismissive, rude, the late in delivery, the packaging was destroyed and the quality of print was so shoddy that it has rendered the entire order useless. To top it off was the total lack of care given when I tried to complain.
Terrible Customer Service
Messed up my order but refused to refund it or reprint it until I had returned it to them. Contradicts their 'print promise'. Customer services couldn't care less if you receive your order on time. Reluctant to rectify any problems.
Errors In Printing Still Awaiting Refund
I paid for printing to be done, the printing was done incorrectly, my order was put on hold due to an issue with the bleed however I was not informed that my order was on hold and only discovered this when I logged on to see why my order had not been delivered. I rectified the issue to printed.com's template, when I received my order they had printed the wrong thing on the front of the invitation. When I rang to tell them I was asked to produce evidence - I sent an email through with images, I was then emailed to say that the border was too thin however it was fine when when they printed it wrong. I told them I wanted to go else where - to a local company to which the reply was I would receive a refund when I returned the invitations - I emailed to say I would as long as the postage costs were covered as I should not have to pay out more to get my money back when the error is theirs. I have not yet received a response to this. I am very dissatisfied with the time it's taking to resolve this when it is a time sensitive issue - which had been explained. Printed.com are probably fine when they get it right however do they get it right, customer service is something to be desired!!!
They Couldn't Care Less.
We choose printed.com as they are a large company with what we thought was the ability to deliver… how wrong we where.
We ordered some brochures for an exhibition on Wednesday. The delivery was Monday, so a days grace in case of problems. On Monday they didn't arrive, and was told they are on the lorry and will arrive before 6pm on Tuesday. By 5pm on Tuesday, still not arrived, so telephoned to be told they had lost them, and had no tracking information or knowledge of their location.
Their answer to the problem was print them on Thursday a day after the exhibition or have your money back. Offered no help in solving the problem, just take it or leave it.
If your deadline for printing is important to you, do not use. Printed.com is just a machine, and if you do not fit in the system - tough!
I recommend a local printer you can trust. It's definitely who I'll be using.
Rude Customer Service, Late Deliveries
Having been a loyal business customer for over 3 years now, and on the highest tier on their loyalty programme, we have found that printed.com have gotten too busy to serve even their most loyal customers.
Their customer service has become increasingly rude and short over the phone, when the problem has been theirs in not delivering the product that we ask for. We are a stationery business and order over 20 times in a month. Many of these orders come back with faults, incorrectly printed, badly scored, etc. Asking for a reprint is such a pain, as we are made to wait endlessly before someone picks up the phone, and after painstakingly sending them photos of what's gone wrong, back and forth, even when they finally agree to reprint, the order is super late for our clients.
We will be switching slowly to their competitors digitalprinting.co.uk who are offering great prices and similar products.
Terrible Customer Service
I wouldn't recommend using printed.com if you are using for business purposes. These guys rarely answer the phone, I have probably spent an hour on hold on the phone waiting for assistance this past couple of days and when I finally got through to someone she told me to call back Monday! - guess what I'm hold on the phone trying to get through to someone again. Reading these reviews I'm not confident of receiving anything in time for my event.
Impressed With The Service And Quality
A quick not to say that I was very impressed with printed.com. The ease of use, quality and end result all exceeded my expectations. A very clever site and very useful business. Will use again.
