The service is received when I contacted Australialuxeco.com was terrible. This was the second time I had contacted them with a query about buying boots from another source. I received the same standard in this instance this person work with our company response, this time I pushed them further.

I received a pair of terribly made boots that they obviously did not want to claim responsibility for as they changed their tune when I mentioned the shoddy stitching and presentation. Another woman on their Facebook page had received the exact same email and after I sent in a complaint asking whether they intended to consistently lie to all their loyal customers they retracted their previous email and wanted to help.

I think it is disgusting they aid counterfeiters in ripping people off by claiming they work for them! The customer service is disgusting for a boot that will set you back over a hundred pounds a pair new.

I personally have not bought my latest pair of sheepskin boots from then, I may change my mind but at the moment I cannot stand the thought of giving business to a company that lies to customers.
