I am so happy with my beverly heels shoes. I had to get them for a specific date for an important event I was going to participate to, so I first wanted to talk to someone to make sure the shoes were in stock in the specific size I wanted. I contacted them and after a few hours got an email to confirm the shoes were in stock. I placed the order online, received my shoes just before the event ... and the shoes ended up being the star of the party!! Will order again.

I usually don't write these reviews, but after reading all these reviews and having 2 amazing experiences, I thought I should.

Experience 1:

After I ordered some New Rocks from this site, I looked up the reviews and I was horrified. I wondered if I would ever see my shoes. A week later, I got an email from them saying my shoes were on backorder from the Manufacturer and was asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund and was refunded promptly.

Experience 2:

I almost breathed my sigh of relief and was never going to shop here again, but decided to give it a another shot, since they did refund me my money. I placed an order on Nov 2, received tracking info on Nov 3 and followed my shoes from Spain to the US. I got my shoes on Nov 7. That's 4 business days from my order date! from Spain!!

I'm sold! In regards to the drop shipped shoes, I used to have a store that carried shoes and I realize how nearly impossible it is to carry every shoe in every size. I'm sure the problem lies with the manufacturer and not the reseller, in this case.

I bought from beverlyheels.com several times, and have been very satisfied. Prices are good, and if there were any issues, I was always notified, and helped to resolve and size issues or backorders. I have dealt with Veronica in customer service and must say she has been excellent!

I am a GoGo dancer and had ordered some platform gogo boots from this site nearly 2 months before a big event I'm performing at. Here I am a month and a half after the date I made my order, day of my event and still no boots. First message I sent them was when my package was 2 weeks late, they told me it had been shipped that very day and would be to be my friday. The next 2 messages I sent have been completely ignored as well as I've never been able to get a live person on the phone to talk to me. I'm very irritated. Guess this is what you get for bargin shopping.

I know I should have got the shoes on amazon all throe they are $10 more on amazon, at lest I would have them and be wearing them right now. Good thing I did paypal so I can get my money back. Most site ship with in 24hours, but not beverlyheels! ITs been 2 weeks and they have not even shipped them. I love amazon. and should have just know better and got them form amazon. I alway get my order with in a week form amazon.

NOTE TO THE CUSTOMER: if site has paypal, ALWAYS do paypal. That way you CAN get you money back.

Shoes I waited for ... over two weeks came ... didn't fit and have been waiting since then ...7-23-09 for the "manufacturers return authorization #". Anyone live near this Beverly Heels in CA ... stop by and SEE if ANY people work there or they all sitting around laughing at those that shop online with them!! Too bad I didn't do MY homework BEFORE I ordered from them.

Seems the only thing Beverly Heels do QUICKLY is charge your credit card, that was done the DAY of the order. I've been waiting (ordered 7-2-09) almost TWO weeks ... they TAKE your MONEY quickly and then seem to ORDER the products from the manufacturer ... saving THEM cost of inventory at the expense of the CUSTOMER ... and threaten you with "restocking" fees IF you cancel. I WILL find someone else who can do business the correct way!

I tried calling Beverly Heels as I wanted to cancel my order, but I could not get an answer on the phone.
