They Canceled My Account
For the first time, I ordered boots. They never sent the order, and I got my money in 12 days by PayPal.
For another time I ordered the same pair of boots by debit cart, on the next date, my account was invalid, no answer to my e-mail (They never sent any e-mail confirming of the order or canceling).
The amount is blocked, till today two weeks.
It is really a very bad experience, especially at Christmas time. However, I don’t know if I will receive my money back or not, as I have not any answer from the service team.

Terrible Customer Service And Staff In Stores
I ordered a pair of boots on Christmas day (evening) along with another item to which was being delivered to store.
I have gone to the store today Saturday 2nd January to find after waiting half an hour that nothing is there and no delivery has been made to the Bromley Store. There were a few other customers who were in the shop waiting and they were also complaining about the amount of time having to wait for a pair of shoes to be brought out etc. They have taken my details to advise on Monday to me. When I got home I emailed customer services as couldnt get through on the phone as message saying they are closed (even though it states online they are open today and the date). I received a seperate email back shortly afterwards to say the boots are now out of stock and have cancelled my order. They did not even have the decency to answer my email (just want to avoid my questions), this is disgusting and cant see how they can treat people this way when I order Christmas day to find out on 2nd January these are not in stock.

MANY SHOES SAID ON OFFER APPEARED TO BE AVAILABLE. BUT JUST CANNOT CLICK ON SIZES. IF ITS JUST ONE PAIR, ITS FINE. BUT THERE ARE SO MANY PAIRS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE. EMAILED THEM. LATE REPLY FROM THEM. WHEN I GOT REPLY, IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYTIME THERE WAS A NEW PERSON REPLYING MY EMAIL AS I HAD TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING THEIR WEBSITE TO SHOP AS I SAW AN ADS SOMEWHERE. AND I BELIEVE I WONT BE GOING THERE ANYTIME SOON (IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS!) SO I SUGGEST U WONT AS WELL AS U TEND TO GET VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Excellent Service
Recently I moved from Uk and had ordered a few pairs of shoes from KG. They sent to oversea's address quickly/accurately. Delivery charge is flat rate.My daughters love their design/fittings with reasonable price. I have no complain with their products/services.One of the best shop that I would like to go back again.

I ordered a pair of Miss Kg Hendrix heels costing £39.00(Sale price were £70.00)The quality was awful- The first thing I noticed was the
T bar strap. I tried them on(once)and some of the coating on the
strap started flaking off. The second thing was at the end of each strap
there was no finish. It looks like they have just been cut and will
start fraying any moment. The third thing was where the material meets
under the heel there is a gap(few mm)and just looks so messy.Not
up to the standards I have seen with my other KG purchases.
On a Positive note, they are stunning shoes but I worry if I wear them
to the wedding I bought them for they will fall apart! I have emailed KG and await a reply.....

Terrible, Terrible Experience With This Company.
Terrible, terrible experience with this company.
Firstly, a minor point. I ordered a pair of trainers via Kurt Geiger for £45 in their sale on a Thursday night. I was expecting them to arrive on Monday morning since they promised next day delivery (not including weekends) but I did not receive the trainers until Tuesday.
When I received the trainers, I got something completely different (some rubbish smart shoes). They even came with an invoice stating another unknown person's name, address, phone number, email etc (obviously breaching Data Protection Act right no doubt).
I called up Kurt Geiger support using their expensive 0845 number and the person at the end of the phone was sympathetic and checked if my order had been mixed up with someone else's but they had no idea where the trainers I ordered had gone. To make matters worse they had gone out of stock so I would never be able to receive them.
Long story short, it took their customer support team days to do anything and I ended up having to visit one of their shops to deliver the wrong shoes back myself and get a refund. I'm giving them 2 stars for customer service because I actually did get my money back and they did refund me for the phone calls I made to their 0845 number (but no compensation for the hours I spent dealing with the issue).

Amazing service. Ordered shoes at 5.30pm and received them at 11 am the very next day. Used the website in the past but on this occasion they surpassed themselves. Will definately use them again.
