I order a pair of trainers, which were a good price. Received an email confirming my order and that they email again with despatch details. Two hours later received an email to say a refund had been done to my account, there was no explanation as to why. The trainers are still available on their website. Am awaiting a reply to my email asking why.

Terrible company and even worse customer service.

Sent a size too big and then tried saying that i should have used a Brazilian website to find the size conversion and not the one they had on their own website. Apparently in order to receive a size uk9 i should have chosen a uk8 so it was my own fault for using the chart that was provided on their website for the shoe i was buying.

Have used Shoe-shop.com for a couple of year now and am very happy with the quality of the shoes - Fly-flots are incredibly comfortable. They have very good "Sale" items with excellent price reductions. The only disadvantage is not being able to try the shoes on before you purchase. However, they do offer a returns label optional purchase, which is well worth paying for, just in case. I recently purchased 4 pairs of summer sandals and I took a chance on purchasing only 2 returns labels. Two pairs were OK and the other two I had to return, because they were unfortunately too narrow for my feet. The refund was credited to my bank account very quickly and I am extremely happy with the two pairs that were OK.

Ordered a pair of Merrell trainers yesterday from Shoe-shop.com, and not only were they £20 cheaper than any other online retailer, but I also got free delivery.

They arrived this morning - I am astounded by their prices and service, so would not hesitate to recommend them. This is not the first time that I have bought from this site, either.

The only improvement I think they could make is redesigning their rather poor logo!

rang to check stock on a pair of ugg boots for a present for my wife, very helpful staff who checked stock and called me back, placed order over the phone and received a couple of days later, great service would use again.

If you are not sure if the size will fit and order more than one, then, use the paid parcel returns, as it only costs 99p, which is under half the cost of you paying for returns to Shop-shop.com.

I will definitely use Shoe-Shop.com again

I haven't heard from them since they 'cancelled my order', yet it appears they are still attempting to remove the money from my bank. I haven't had an online experience where my financial and personal information feels threatened until using Shoe-Shop.com. I will wait to see what happens...

Shoe-shop.com use non existent Sale items to get you to register with the site hoping you will purchase other shoes when your first order is unsuccessful.
