Bad Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive them or hear anything from Customer Service 10 days later. I have tried to cancel the order, but I hear nothing from Customer Service. Will not order from them again.

Terrible Company

There is no service from Shoebuy at all. After I ordered I kindly asked them to review my order. Í ordered from the Netherlands and I can't buy anything elegant in a WW. I gave them the length of my feet. They didn't do anything and shipped the order. When I received the shoes it was obvious that 3 of them where much larger. A small service by measuring would have helped me with the right shoes. No I'm stuck with them and it cost me a lot of money. I mailed them again and there is no response.

Horrible Cusomer Service Don't Count On Getting You Shoes

I paid an extra $20.00 dollars to have my merchandise arrive in two days. Package didn't arrive, and I come to find out that somehow it got shipped out late. They didn't have a reason nor could they figure out what happened.

Do not shop with this company!!!

Customer Service Is Atrocious

I purchased a Fedora hat through this company and their Amazon storefront. The hat's a pretty nice hat, and fairly expensive as far as hats go, in my opinion, but I'd purchased it as a gift for my husband since he'd been wanting one for awhile.

The hat, though, was too small. However, since I'd actually been thinking ahead (for once), I'd purchased the hat with plenty of time to wrap it for his birthday and by the time his birthday came, he opened it and tried it on, etc., we had exceeded the company's 60 day return policy by about 30 days.

Figuring since I didn't really want to return it, I just wanted to exchange it for the next size up, I contacted them through Amazon. They finally responded after about a week, telling me sorry, they can't help me since their policy dictates that there is a 60 day return policy, but they strive to make their customers happy and they hope I am and will shop with them again.

What the...? Ok, they must have misunderstood that telling me no to an exchange certainly will not make me happy. So I reply and tell them that since it was obviously my bad that I was outside of the return policy, I'd gladly pay for return shipping both ways (me returning it to them; them shipping the next size hat to me). Seems fair and reasonable, doesn't it?

Two weeks go by with no response. I send another email; another week goes by. I finally sent a third email threatening to report them to the BBB...that one got a very prompt response, but they were still not willing to work with me.

Bottom line is that this company has very poor customer service if they're not willing to work with a customer who doesn't even want her money back. They claim they can't help me because they have to maintain their integrity and I'm no longer in the 60 day return window stated in their policy.

It's my opinion, though, that they'd do much better to bend the rules and make one customer happy, than to "maintain their integrity" by being rigid. After all, people who have poor experiences are much more inclined to leave bad reviews (this one case in point) than people who have no problems whatsoever. Going out of one's way to make a customer happy can only benefit the company.

ABsolutely AGree! I had a very similar experience with them!! Their website states that there is an \"unconditional satisfaction guarantee\". I purchased several pairs of shoes from their website. I called to return one of them and they would not provide me a prepaid label for returning the shoes to them. Under the free return shipping section of their website it made no mention of a 60 day return policy. It is listed on a different page on their site which I never noticed. Zappos and other online shoe retailers offer a 365-day return policy so it never crossed my mind that they would not have the same. When I called and it was 2 weeks after the 60-day window, I was astonished that they chose to let a customer go away unhappy. Very disheartened...with the economy being as it is and with unemployment being at an all time high, I was surprised that they were willing to do this. When I ordered the shoes I was quickly planning for an unexpected trip so I delayed in my attempt to return them. Most companies make exceptions and honor their policies at least for a one-time occurrence....Needless to say, they did not live up to their \"unconditional satisfaction guarantee\" that they advertise.

I Wear A 15-6e Shoe And Therefore Cannot Find Shoe

I wear a 15-6E shoe and therefore cannot find shoes in shoe stores.

Shoebuy has a great selection and great prices.

I have been buying all my shoes there for about 5 years without difficulty.

I recently lost much weight and my feet changed size.

I had a large order at size 15, and none of them fit because my new size was 14. I returned all the shoes, with no problem and no shipping charge, and ordered new ones in size 14 - no problem!

I Urge Those Reading This To Not Buy From Shoebuy.

I urge those reading this to NOT buy from Shoebuy.

I decided to ignore everybody else's warning and just go ahead and get the shoes that I wanted since they were a little bit (barely) cheaper than Zappos. In return, I got to wait for 2 weeks for the item to even ship, and when I emailed their customer service they just decided not to reply. 3 days later my order finally shipped.

I have NEVER regretted purchasing something so much in my life. I will never buy there again. Honestly, I would've much rather paid an extra 5 bucks for great customer service and prompt shipping.

I Thought That I Had Looked Into This Company Corr

I thought that I had looked into this company correctly but obviuosly not. I had called them to make sure that they were how they said they were and looked a a few review sites that had an overall good review.

So I ordered last week and still no tracking order. So I called a few days ago and was told international orders take up to two weeks to process by a rude and arrogant woman.

Other sites I have used are less then 24-48 hours!

Now looking at reviews I may never get my order or first class goods and they are possible rip off merchants.

I cancelled my credit cards and may only be out $100.

Sad as my shopping in the US was first rate...my first experience with US online has been a shocker.

Stay away from Shoebuy.com if you want good service.

It has been 10 days since I placed my order and still have not been advised if product has shipped. A fair value as far as pricing and shipping but unsatisfactory when it comes to customer service.

DON't buy from shoebuy. After 3 calls over 8 weeks, they still will not unsubscribe me from their SPAM. DON't give them your email!!!! They are far more trouble than they are worth!

Avoid At All Costs. I Ordered Two Pairs Of Walking

Avoid at all costs. I ordered two pairs of walking boots from them on a "one day only special offer" of 20% off (which was still available a week later, so much for "one day special"). One pair arrived 3 days later, with no paperwork or explanation about when the second pair would arrive. I called them 2 days afterwards - it took the very unfriendly customer service representative 30 minutes to locate my order (he is based in the UK, I called from the UK with a UK postcode, yet somehow he assumed I ordered from their US website which apparently uses different order numbers), and he told me the second pair should arrive within the next couple of days. Next day, I get 2 email shipping confirmations, quoting the very same tracking number - looking up the tracking number at UPS, it tells me that both pairs should have been delivered on the same day. Try to call them over the weekend (according to their website their customer service is available 24/7 but my impression is they only have a tape running over the weekend) with no success. On Monday morning, the same capable customer service person again tries to tell me the second pair should arrive any time - he does not let me finish my sentence to explain about the tracking number etc. Once I've managed to finish my sentence, he says they will now try to locate the second pair of shoes. To be continued....
