I used this site to order three pairs of trainers. I contacted them about a price beat, and although I made a mistake in my price beat, they allowed me free delivery instead. I placed my order over the phone and the staff were quite helpful.

The trainers arrived in seperate packages on seperate days, which is good, they sent out the first two pairs very quickly, I waited 5 days for the final pair to arrive.

I emailed them a few times and they responded promptly. Oh, incedently, everyone likes their trainers. I got the Mizuno precision for my sister, they're really good...I had to order a pair for myself.

The reason I would use this site over others is because of their easy to use website, everything is well labelled and explained.

It would be good if they allowed free delivery if you spend over a certain amount.

I just ordered a further two pairs of trainers earlier today, this time using their website checkout system. It was easy to use... but I wish they realise not everyone has to have five lines in their postal address!
