Ordered UGG boots on sale but received wrong size .Returning the boots was easy and soon after received a message that UGG received the return and will exgange for the correct size. Ten days later I called to check if there is a problem with the delivery and was reassured that I will receive my boots. Twenty days later rang again and for my disappointment was informed that they can not send the boots as the size required is not available any more.

Very disappointed.

Looking for a good pair of winter boots (or all round english weather boots) I thought this time I'm going to spend a little more time looking around in the hope of getting a well made pair that will last me right through the year and maybe even further, like no other boot has. So, I narrowed down the search to a few places and set my heart on a pair of Ugg boots from(the mobile site)as they are fleece lined (I always have cold feet!) and they look well made using good material and they are very good looking! I even sought some advice from customer service about the longevity of Ugg boots via their contact form also asking if they were able hold a pair for me in the sale, they weren't able to hold them and I can understand why not but they were incredibly helpful and kind and very prompt at returning my emails. It was no matter that they couldn't be held because I had already fallen in love with these boots and I knew I just had to pounce while they were still in the sale! I'm so so glad I did because I've never put something so well fitting and comfortable on my feet in my life and I have tried boots from every one of your typical well known brands. These were very impressive indeed. Never before have I put a boot on for the first time without praying that they would 'give' in time and become comfortable, these are something else! I really recommend their boots they really do tick all the boxes and equally as important I recommend their customer service too. They have a loyal customer in me now and I hope to write another review a year down the line to report how they last. -You know what its like when you actually get more than your money's worth in a product and these days it really is something to shout about! The particular pair of boots I'm writing about are the "Wilcox" boots (code 1016170) they are a biker style ankle boot with silver hardware buckles. Very cool looking and completely waterproof too.
