Absurd
- Ordered a pair of shoes in July 2023 (13 months ago), lead time was 10 to 12 weeks;
- Took 5 months to arrive, had quality issues;
- Replacement was promised to be ready in 5 weeks. I waited for 9 months before giving up;
- Customer Service – one unconscientious bunch. It was standard for me to have to wait several weeks and sometimes the length of a month to receive yet another inadequate response;
- Threatened to start posting online reviews if somebody did not get back to me with a refund confirmation by the end of that day. Received a reply within half an hour;
- By far the most absurd customer services experience I have had and I have been around for a while.

Waited 9 Months For Size Exchange Second Order Never Arrived
First bought a pair of shoes in February 2022, followed sizing guide but the shoes I got were too small. After sending them back to change for a bigger size it took them 9 months of many many emails always promising they would send them back at the end of the month. Finally got the shoes in late December.
Now I stupidly gave them a second chance and bought another pair of shoes on December 2023, it's May 2024 and no shoes yet and they keep promising to ship the shoes soo. Both times they refused to give me a refund.
Never buy shoes online from them.

Don't Pay Their Suppliers
They have loads of customer bad reviews, and with good reason.
We fixed their computer, but were never paid.We got a CCJ against them which we couldn't enforce becuase they moved address.Our bailiff spoke to their ex-landlord, who told him they did a moonlight flit because they didn't ay their rent.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Delivery Months And Months Late
I ordered some made-to-order shoes online with a delivery time of 10-12 weeks. 10 months later having chased lots of times I still have not received my shoes and I have been refused a refund despite Underground being in clear breach of contract on the order. I have had to contact Trading Standards!! I love Underground's design and products but I would not order online from them again. Still no idea when I will get my shoes or if I can finally resolve this with a refund and remain disappointed with the poor service levels.
