Still Waiting For A Refund
The actual order itself was fine but my wife didn't want the product, went to the website to register a return, entered the order number, pressed enter, 503 Error, tried again, 503 Error and again, 503 Error. On the 4th attempt it actually accpeted the order no, and asked me how I'd like to be refunded, Paypal, pressed enter, 503 Error, no return number. Tried to enter the Order number again, now it's not accpeted because it's already been used. So, send it back to them without a returns number, that was a week ago, as yet they've not even acknowledged receipt of the item (although UPS managed to take 4 days to return the item due to "an extreme weather event" which was presumably so extreme it failed to register on any weather website). I can't recommend as I'm currently £100 out of pocket due to shoddy web design and non existent customer service.

I have used this company previously. I ordered over £200 of goods. Received no email to say things had shipped. I opted to use a UPS drop off point as I work during the day. The dedicated agent refused delivery so the package was sent back. I was not informed. Called Yoox who told me they would not re deliver and it would take 6-8 days for a refund. I am still fighting for my money. They were quick to debit my account for the boots yet cannot refund. Disgusted.

Stay Away If U Dont Want To Be Tricked
i ordered some yeezy boots, that were discounted to 360 euros for black friday. The size didnt fit, so i asked for an exchange, they emailed me that the size i wanted will be reserved for me. I sent the package back, and today i received an email that my order is cancelled because the size is not in stock anymore, which should've been reserved . i email them asking if its possible to send another colour of the same product, which was available in my size. I receive an email saying that this is not possible and that my size is back in stock and i can make another purchase with the regular price of 580 euros. On the same day they were out of stock then back in stock, suggesting me to make another purchase that wouldve cost me 200 euros more. So convenient , right?? i ve ordered from so many websites before and this never ever happened to me before. SOO dissapointing. such cheap method to gain a few euros. Disgusting !

Be carful ordering any FINAL SALE items. Especially since the size guide was not accurate. I ordered my size and it was too big. I have bought dresses from the same designer. however, this time cut was totally different. Now I’m stuck with a dress that is too big. When I explained why I chose that size dress and how the size that I chose usually fits, customer service was not understanding. They referred to the return policy. I feel that I was tricked.

Absolutely Awful Customer Service Experience
his company are absolute RUBBISH. The boots I bought lost the heel tip within an hour of wear and they reassured me I would be reimbursed the cost of repair and a refund of 30% of the cost of the boots. I have spoken to customer care about 7/8 times and each time get someone new who tells me something different. From being told the above to being told I would get 30% of the cost of the repair!! 30% of £9!!!! absolute disgrace. Won't put the call to anyone senior and each person lies to get you off the phone or worse cuts your call off!! The cobbler who mended the boots said the quality was appalling anyway!! He said don't drive in them don't dance in them don't go out in them and laughed and said in fact just send them back!! So after fixing them and yoox have told me they will only refund now the repair I am sending them back but nervous they won't give me the promised refund. The inside sole has also totally rumpled up making them awful to wear. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL !! worst customer service and quality goods ever.

Atrocious Product
The $278 “Escada” chocolate pants were beyond atrocious! Before I removed the pants from the box, I could feel the cheap, rough double knit fabric. When I took them out of the box and looked at the tags, I could not believe it. The tags were torn and completely fake. I simply cannot believe that YOOX is in business. When I called to check the status of my refund, the agent said they were in the process of completing the “quality inspection”. Seriously? I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company, but I was so anxious to get my order in because it was “the last one”. I waited until I received my $270 refund before writing my review just in case YOOX gave me any trouble.
Whatever you do, please do not waste your time and money with this company.

Appalling Customer Service In Relation To Their Error
Ordered some boots from Yoox, been a customer for 17 years, for a trip away. Boots arrived and are completely different from the product I ordered. Having ordered these boots when a promotion was on it was now going to cost me more to have the equivalent boot as they refused to price match the original product as it was 'not procedure!' Refused repeatedly to put me through to a manager to make a compliant about this policy for their error and expect me to be financially out of pocket for their mistake. So sorry Yoox you have lost a long and loyal customer, luckily I have discovered HEWI London so will be using them from now onward. Will be returning the boots for a full refund when all I wanted was them to exchange the boots for the product I had originally ordered or failing this the exact same boot i a dull leather as opposed to the shiny (this was going to cost me an additional £71!!!) which was a compromise on my behalf as I preferred the slightly shinier leather. Have had issues with the delivery and collection service previously as well, they use UPS which have at times provided a shocking service.
