I really think this site is worth a look for anyone with a small business - or indeed anyone who's looking to make a bit of extra pocket money in their local area.

OneNear allows you to make a storefront that showcases your small business. It's free to set up (they take a small percentage of any sales), and you can make a neat-looking online store through their simple templates, listing all your services and prices. There's even a handy bookings calendar that clients can use to book an appointment straight into your diary.

People can put tasks online too, which businesses can bid for. I am fantasising about paying people to run all sorts of errands for me. Maybe someone will finally take my washing machine to the dump; that's worth £20 to me easily!

OneNear is a great addition to the existing outsourcing sites, because it's UK-based, and lets you search locally. It also handles payments for you, which makes it secure for both parties. I'm reviewing it here because it's newly-launched and I want it to take off, because I think it's an excellent tool for my business.
