Avoid At All Costs

Avoid Affordable Golf at all costs AG411693 . This is my 4th week of awaiting golf clubs that apparently take 3-5 days to arrive . Their customer service is disgusting they don't care about the customer . I ordered grips as my custom fit I've spoken with the manager who gave me a £20 voucher as compensation under the illusion I would receive my clubs this week . I phone in again and now another 3-5 days added on and ohh Monday is a bank holiday so will probably be end of next week as an estimate . The amount of money I've spent with this company and continued to this week alone . I will never use this company again .I advise you to use other companies within the golf industry who actually care about the customer . They say they will email you and never do so your chasing it up constantly I've lost out on 3 outings alone with another this week I'm now having to cancel. I will never use this disgrace of a company again .

Don't Use For Custom Fit

Before I leave this review I just wanted to say that we’ve used AG before in the past for in stock items and they’ve been absolutely fine.

However our latest experience of ordering some custom fit irons for our sons Xmas present, proved to be nothing short of a disaster and showed up a lot of process issues within the company. From the initial despatch timescales mentioned on their website (4-6 weeks detailed – took just under 5months to deliver), to numerous promised delivery dates missed, to poor written communication methods similar to those employed by Sports_Direct (no reply direct email addresses used), to missed supplier deliveries within their warehouses – we really found our dealings with AG for special order products incredibly stressful and a wholly unsatisfactory process.

When the supplier is stating that 95% of their orders are being delivered within 90 days and we missed that timescale by a further 7 weeks, we feel that AG should have really been pulling out all the stops to look at ways of getting our order expedited – especially as we’d mentioned it was for a teenage sons Xmas present.

I would say that if you need to use AG for in stock items then that’s one thing but from our experience if you need a custom fit product, then you should consider using either a bigger more established brand with better resources/systems, or a local professional shop who will have more of a vested interest in delivering good service

Avoid!! No Supply Of Clubs And No Refund!!!

I ordered 1x driver and 4x wedges on 11 October. The driver was supplied. The wedges - still not two months later! Affordable Golf has consistently fobbed me off - including saying they'd left me a voicemail when that was untrue, promising, action and taking none. I have called eight times over two months to try and get this resolved. They blame Titleist. I have NO contract with Affordable Golf's suppliers - my contract is with Affordable Golf only. They’ve had £580 of my cash now for 2 months, supplied no goods, nor returned my money when I cancelled the order (when they said fulfilment would be early/mid-January - some Xmas present!!). Still no refund!

Ordered at end of August and they said item was in stock. Then told it’s out of stock and stock arriving at end of September. Zero customer service. Smells like a company on the way under. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Calllaway Rogue 3 Wood

I ordered a new 3 wood from Affordable on 12th September, they took £199 from my account.

They advised it wasn't in stock??? on 19th.

Have tried to get update by phone and using their" ticket system several time since. Just get a message saying they are very busy, I am in a queue, or they don't answer the phone. Must be a long queue of dissatisfied customers, its 15 days now.

Do affordable golf just not care about customer service

I ordered an Odyssey O-Works Black 2-Ball 2020 - Putter for £150 on the 10th August 2020 saying it was in stock and it is now 30th September 2020 and the club still hasn't arrived nor have I got any shipping confirmation or been contacted once. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions by calling the customer service number and using the support button on the website and still no response. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the current situation is unacceptable. Still no word on where my club is and I strongly advise not to use.

After ordering my driver it took nearly 21 days for me to receive it, the excitement about buying soon deterated.

Av also been at then to reinstate me with the fitting cost as they promise on there web site.

I have sent 12 emails and then they asked me for my details to pay me and am still waiting. This has been the 2nd time someone has took my details to pay me. AVOID AT ALL COST

Worst Experience Of My Life

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this company. I got an email from them saying my product wouldn't be shipped until November. I asked for a refund but nobody responds to emails or answers the customer support line. I can post screenshots of almost 2 weeks of call logs to the support line and emails to the email address they have listed on the site. Phone any of the stores and they can't help you either! In fact they might hang up on you! Truly an insult to customer service that they are still in business. A complete lack of professionalism and standards is what you get from Affordable Golf

Worst Customer Service

I have ordered a Driver 11 days ago, the website had it as in stock, the delivery said 4-7 days. Turns out they hadnt even got the club in stock and were waiting for delivery. Since then i have had no contact, i have been blocked from my account with no way of getting in, the phone lines have all changed and you can only do the emails, to which no one replies. Absolutely terrible service

Apalling Customer Service And Slow Dispatch

Ordered a new set of clubs well over a week ago and still no word of when or if they will be dispatched. Customer services number just rings out and emails go unanswered.

Absolutely shocking company and one to avoid if you want quick dispatch and/or peace of mind

Wish I had gone with golfonline.co.uk who were offering the same clubs at a similar price but from past experience have far superior customer sevice and actually answer the phone.

Hi yes they eventually arrived after 10 days but didn't even receive a dispatch confirmation so was lucky I was in the time.

Not worth the stress if you can get for a similar price elsewhere

I have recently bought a Calaway Rogue St Driver. When re-fitting the shaft it was impossible to get the 'Tick'.

I noticed there were 2 washers on the screw and having got 3 diffrent strong men none of them could (and refused to) in case of breaking the screw. Is the 2 washers meant to be there? Thank you
