I have not ridden my bike yet as just received it and have set it up.

Since December 2013, I've ordered four bikes from Ash Cycles, and have found the company to be unfailingly professional, courteous, helpful - the perfect service, in fact.

I have never had any problems with any of my orders - each product arrived well-packaged, in excellent condition, and was easy to assemble each time.

The value-for-money is indisputable, as is their variety of available stock.

As undeniable evidence of their unsurpassed customer service, they offered me a better bicycle than the one I originally ordered, as the latter they didn't have in stock, and were unable to obtain it in time.

Overally, I would, without reservation, highly recommend them to family, friends, neighbours, the milkman, postman - in fact, anyone I came across. And if I could, I'd suggest them to non-human life forms, too!

Please peruse their website for great bargains and a wonderful service - you won't be disappointed, I can assure you.

Lastly, are there are negative elements to Ash Cycles? Well, if there are, I'm certainly not aware of them.

I found Ash cycles online when searching for spares for my Giant cycle because my local Giant dealer haven't been able to help.

I found what I wanted on their site, ordered and delivered in just a few days.

I bought a Claud Butler Alpina 2.6 from Ashcycles. Firstly I was very pleasantly surprised with the price which was approx £70 cheaper than anywhere else and furthermore there was no delivery charge which is uncommon. Communication with the person I dealt with was friendly, informative and timely and told me everything I needed to know to make the purchase online. The item arrived quickly and was packed well so there was not a scratch on it. I had used the full assembly service and found the gears and brakes to be perfectly set up. Altogether a faultless experience.

Ordered a bike for Christmas for my partner. After 6 days the order send pending. I phoned the shop and they said they'd look into it and phone back. After 30 or 40 minutes I phoned them again and they said they had emailed me to say the bike was not in stock and the line discontinued. Not sure how long this would have remained pending if I hadn't rung but it's a shame they didn't let me know sooner it was not in stock and wouldn't be again.

Easy to buy but then you're in the dark until they decide to deliver. The telephone doesn't get answered and following a call back the representative needs some training as very unprofessional. I had to suggest ways to solve my delivery issues!! Which I'd paid more and got my bike somewhere else .

Great experience - went for 2016 model advertised online, emailed me to say last one just sold but offered great deal on 2017 model. Ended up with latest product at fantastic price and with good old fashioned service - bike built up and adjusted to suit me when I visited the store - all at no extra cost. Did great deal on accessories too. Recommended without reservation - contact them directly for the best deal!
