I have seen a lot of negative reviews so I dont know if there has been a policy change since I have been using them.During the last year I have had over a dozen various pistols and rifles all have been very good value and great to own. In the rare case of a problem it has been quickly addressed and resolved.All e mails and phone calls have been answered promptly and again resolved.

I placed an order, or thought I did but didn't properly send through - my mistake - so I emailed on Sunday and was surprised to have a reply about annhoir later.

After checking the order system and relaying emails back and fore it was confirmed that I had messed up. Going back to the BBguns4less website I placed the order properly and within a few minutes I received another email from the BB4..team confirming they had thus time correctly received and assured me the items would be packaged and given to a courier first thing the next day, Monday.

Checking my mail Monday morning I had, indeed, received confirmation that the order had been given to the courier and was now on it's way. Personally, between the unusual Sunday service and über prompt placement with the courier first thing the next day I was, still am, very much impressed with the service and they definitely deserve the 'above and beyond' merit. I would definitely return for further business if and when needed.

Incomplete order. Recommended incorrect battery. Ignored 4 emails. Eventually said return AT OWN COST. Totally unacceptable. Disgraceful company. AVOID.

Purchased a Well G291 CO2 bb pistol from BBguns4less. I would not consider this to be a safe or reliable gun. I have received no response from bbguns4less and would have expected some communication this is the second gun I have had from these people, the previous had issues after a few weeks, this gun totally malfunctioned and the experience convinces me that although the prices are cheap this gun was only £29.95 my advice is to pay the extra and go to your local gun shop in person and listen to people who know about guns and buy something with reliability and safety from suppliers who test and know the standard of what they are selling. I wasted two CO2 cartridges which the gun just expelled the CO2 each time through the barrel. Got the third one fixed in, the installing of the cartridge is very iffy. Shot one bb pellet then the gun malfunctioned, when I tried to discharge it again shot all the CO2 out of the barrel. The whole discharge system seems to have failed. It discharges CO2 through the muzzle at an alarming rate with a great volume. Avoid these people and this gun.

Ordered two guns Sunday paid for quick delivery now Thursday and nothing. Email, messaged via Facebook and called 33 times nothing. Do not order anything from these people.

I have bought a Christmas present for my son - gun and pellets - and incorrect pellets were sent out so the Christmas present was ruined and could not be used. No one cared to send me the right pellets I ordered asap.

10 days after them receiving the wrong pellets back I had to write again to remind about myself. I was told person who deals with returns was on holiday last week and is back this week and on the following week I was told exactly the same - that person dealing with returns was off last week and back this week... even though they already told me she was back...

No one cares.

I finally received what I ordered over a month after my order was placed. My boy's Christmas present was ruined and he was unable to use it until end of January... and for them it was only an "inconvenience" that they apologised for. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered a BBgun in November ready for Christmas. On Christmas morning the gun that I spent over £100 on was found to be unusable. The battery that should have been in the box wasn’t there, I hadn’t known to check, my son was gutted. I emailed the company, and got no response, I emailed again, no response. I ordered a battery from Hong Kong and it arrived and I still haven’t had a response from BbGuns4 less, I think I have emailed them about 6 times now, they never answer the phone, I would steer well clear if you are thinking of buying from these guys, because if your order is wrong you have no hope of getting it sorted out.

Sell you damaged goods that turn up eventually no customer service what so ever never answer the phones or emails
