Bike Shed saved my holiday in Dartmoor after I broke the rear brake on my MTB.

I called them at 10am on a Sunday, an hour later I arrived at the Crediton shop and by noon I left with the bike fixed.

Amazing service from the crew there and, without them, my week would have been lost, so many thanks.

We have bought 2 e bikes lately at the bike shed in Crediton and a bike rack for the car. The service is second to none , helpful , friendly . They will bent over backwards to accommodate you.

Don't overcharge give you a good deal very happy customers we are and any bike accessories forget get the Internet go to the bikeshed!

The quality of service received from the staff at The Bike Shed has been nothing short of exceptional. They were the last supplier that I could find of a specific 2014 model mountain bike that I was looking for and although the bike was advertised on their website as still at full price they willingly negotiated on the price. They called back promptly to confirm stock availability and despatched the bike to suit when I would be at home to take delivery.

I couldn't ask for anything more from them in either value for money, quality of product or speed of service.

They have been a pleasure to shop with and I would happily buy from them again and recommend them to others.

I ordered an Altura Nevis jacket online which was delivered within a couple of days.Pleased to find that the online service is as good as that received on visits to the store.Just nice people to deal with.Recommended.

Ordered two Schwalbe Ultremo ZX Tyres in the afternoon, within minutes had an email checking the colour I had ordered was correct. Confirmed order a little after 15:00. Order travelled from Devon to Lancashire and was in my possession next day by 11:30. Thanks Jon very professional.

I really wanted a pair of red Schwalbe Ultremo ZX tyres. Having tried all the major online cycle shops, I literally looked everywhere, including websites in Holland, Belgium, Israel, the USA, Hong Kong and Australia.

Eventually I found that Bike Shed had some in stock. He confirmed this by email. I received the tyres within 48 hours of ordering, and they're great!

Well, what a find the Bike Shed is. I placed an order via the internet for Christmas 2013 and I couldn't have received better service. The staff is exceptionally helpful and made sure I received my goods in plenty of time for the holiday. Emails were answered promptly and courteously.

Having purchase some bib shorts and a jersey online, I recieved a prompt email from Jon @ The Bike Shed. He pointed out the unusual sizing often associated with the brand and suggested I go larger in light of the jersey size I'd requested. The delivery was prompt, and having taken Jon's advice the kit fitted perfectly. I even received an email later on checking that everything was the correct size and that I was happy with the product.

It's great to have some personal service - it goes a long way.

Found and amazing offer on a bag which I thought was too good to be true. Emailed them a query on a Sunday night and heard back from them 9:00am the next day with all good news. And now expecting the parcel tomorrow (Tuesday). This is exactly what I want from a good bike company, no faffing about.

Comfy and very stable.

The side pouch for drinks is great and easy to use (take out and put drinks back)just a shame they don't provide a bottle for the price!

Fab bag and I really do think worth the cash - oh the smell of leather and canvas . . . .
