I ordered two pairs of golf shoes so that I could see which fitted best, returned the pair I didn't want free of charge, and then they replaced the ones I kept when they leaked without any hassle. Very good service and got through on the phone with a query in no time at all. I'll be back when I want to buy other golf related stuff.

I bought a Sun Mountain Micro cart from Golfonline 16 months ago. It broke on Tuesday 20th January 2015 and I contacted Golfonline about 1pm. By 11am Thursday 22nd January (less than 48 hours) I had received a replacement cart.

I gave my mother a £50 voucher which she only spent partially. When the item bought arrived it did not match her expectations (shoe size was too small) and therefore had to return the parcel at her cost. GolfOnline then did not acknowledge reception of returned item and failed to accept the remaining amount on the voucher to buy a replacement product.

Bad customer service, will not be using them again.

Ordered a pair of oakley radar path sunglasses cheaper than I could find elsewhere on Thursday and they arrived the next day. I was emailed and sent texts through all of the delivery process, even stating the name of the delivery driver. I am a cyclist and use evans online a lot as they are very good, but not this good. Unbelievably quick and professional service.

Ordered a set of TaylorMade Irons and bag for delivery to United Arab Emirates.

Pros: Very impressive website and online ordering system. Martin and Darren were very responsive and efficient in terms of replying to emails. First class in this respect. Overseas delivery.

Cons: Took a lot of prompting. 4 working days from date/time of order to actually dispatching order (not what I would have expected given items being in stock at warehouse). Needed to ask for consignment tracking number. OCS Courier delivery very efficient up to the point of driver failing to deliver due to lack of parking spaces (despite 3,000 available spaces next to my office during the quietest time of year!!!). Not a reflection on Golfonline but still representing their company.

Would give 4 or 5 stars and will order from Golfonline again but felt they dropped the ball (no pun intended) a bit on this occasion.

delivered 2 days after ordered free, price as good as anywhere, gave 5 for customer services because if you dont need them there aint nothing wrong, all in all great products at great prices first class

Golf Online is a great online golf store for everything you need. Found the golf clubs I was looking for at a fantastic price. Delivery was two days later at my work address - quick for a free delivery.

Fantastic service and top online golf retailer. Found the best price for my new Taylormade Driver which was delivered to me free on the next day. I called up to find out something about the ex-display model which was on offer and the best option for me. The service over the phone was extremely professional and the advice has made me hit longer and more consistent drives - very helpful.
