Popped into Colchester store, greeted warmly and she sorted me out with trainers nothing was too much trouble for her. Served at till by a very efficient young lady with pleasant manners. Another salesperson had previously helped me and they are all a credit to the store, really seemed to care about customers. Great selection of products, nice spacious and clean store, cheers all.

I would like to tell everyone about the customer service I received when I raised a complaint. Whilst in Barcelona on a cruise I took my grandson into the JD Sports shop in the Marina. He picked out a T shirt he had been looking for and I took it to the till to pay. The original price tag read 30euro but was clearly marked down to 10euro with a red tag. The sales assistant rang it into the till then told me that it was 30euro as the red tag, in her opinion had been added by a member of the public and insinuated that I had tampered with the tag. Their was a large queue at the till and several of the customers were of our cruise ship. Both my grandson and my self were extremely embarrassed and I told the sales assistant that the red tag was clearly added by there staff, however she was rude and snatched the T shirt away and refused to sell it at the marked down price.

I contacted customer service upon my return to the UK and they gave me a complaint Number whilst they investigated the incident. I have now been waiting for a conclusion to my complaint for some 5 weeks. They have now taken to ignoring my attempts to contact them.

Complaint No 10c 35800133 remains open and ignored.

Going forward I would never shop at JD Sports in the future or any of their associated companies and urge all friends and any shoppers who appreciate good customer service to do the same.

2 Great Managers

Had to do an exchange for a jacket today at JD Wolves h went over and above to sort our issues out arranged a new collection at Walsall instead manager again put into the worst situation went above and beyond and found a great solution to our sons birthday problem thank you both and what a credit to JD Sports.

I have been emailing you since roughly 18/12/23 with no help received back. I had an email from the delivery driver with a photo of a parcel in a business. Whose bin ? Where is the bin ? As it was nothing in mine when I checked. I have answered all your questions and sent the photos of " the safe place " where parcel was left IN A BIN REALLY !!!!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO PHONE AS AGAIN AFTER 6 EMAILS EXPLAINING I AM SEVERELY HARD OF HEARING i am not getting any response now. I have left a review on trust pilot and had an answer stating " go to review centre for help " I did this and suprise suprise it's the same email as before.

I need my money back ASAP

Horrible Staff.

Lost my purse in the store. Asked if they would take my phone number and call me if it was found.

Their response: no, we don't do that.

Just so rude.

Also refused to refund me a damaged item today because they were too busy. There were 4 people in the line.

As these are Christmas presents I'm really starting to worry now. I have spent hundreds in jd inshore & online. Can you please try & get my parcels delivered otherwise I will need full refund to buy again

Accused Me Of Receiving Parcel

I will never shop with this company again, I have spent thousands and I’ve been treated like a thief, I was due two parcels and one was delivered which was a t shirt, the courier was Evri and a picture was taken of this parcel on my neighbours doorstep and given to my neighbour, I was also due a jacket, the tracking number for the jacket according to jd sports is the one that a picture was taken of the t shirt and the tracking number for the t shirt doesn’t show a picture just a gps map location, JD escalated this to their claims dept and rejected my claim as they say the jacket was delivered, I emailed saying why is there only one picture and you can clearly see it’s a tiny parcel which was the t shirt, I even reordered the jacket yesterday as I need to be sure I’ve got it as it’s a present, I’m now on the phone to my bank crying as I’m £88 out of pocket as JD have said I won’t get a refund, surely if I didn’t give the courier authorisation to deliver to anyone or leave my parcels anywhere I’m not liable for any loss, this gives couriers the scope to take parcels surely? They take a picture to protect themselves but why didn’t they take a picture of both parcels I’d had delivered within a minute of each other, I’m also going to contact the CEO of JD sports as I’m flabbergasted that as a loyal customer I’m treated like this. Why would you use couriers like Evri, they even changed their name to get rid of their reputation. This has now been taken up by the ceo dept of evri and jdsports and evri have said They can clearly see that only one parcel has been delivered and not two and they can’t understand why jdsports have treated me like this, the only person out of everyone I’ve spoken to who could see this, ceo dept of jdsports is now investigating it all. Jdsports you are a disgrace because if I hadn’t had the idea to contact the ceo I’d have no way of getting my money back

Had an order worth £80 delivered to a wrong place. JD sports didn't want to know. I spent £80 on nothing. Please think twice before buying from them.

I was on holiday and I placed an order for express delivery and even paid EXTRA for this service. The date of order: 11/09/2022.

The order was NOT delivered during the advertised time-period which was promised under the express delivery service. Secondly, the item was delivered LATE to the hotel (after I had checked-out). This incident happened on the 11th September 2022.

Now the hotel STILL has the package in their possession. I have contacted the Hilton hotel, and they mentioned that they are unable to return it. JD sports cannot even make arrangements to get the item picked-up, the package which they delivered LATE and it is their fault I am in this position and situation. I currently do not have the package which I ordered and PAID for. Neither have I been given a refund. I have made a complaint to JD sports regarding this issue and they have not even got back to me regarding this issue. I have made multiple phone calls to them and they simply do not care.

I am extremely annoyed with this situation and this situation is still not resolved. JD sports should have given me a refund as I am in this situation due to their negligence of not being able to properly provide an express service. They should not make customers pay for services they simply cannot provide.
