Missing Item From Order, Useless Customer Services
Ordered several items from Maudesport.
Delivery took four weeks! and when it did arrive an item was missing.
I have phoned and emailed over the past three weeks and all I get is "I'll check with the warehouse and get back to you" ... but no one has!
Disgustingly poor customer services and I'm left without an item I paid for.

Poor Service And Still No Order
Made an order on-line on a sunday...8 days later no delivery. Had to phone up and was told the order was being 'picked' and would be with me within 2 days. Waited 2 days....still no order. Phoned again and was told the order could be with me in 2 days (again!!).
Cancelled the order and will never be back. Would rather give my money to a company that is interested.

If I could put no stars for this company I would. I ordered a balance board from them for my son. When it arrived it was the wrong one! I then called them and collection was arranged. I was told there was a mix up with the warehouse and that the one I wanted was not in stock and that it would be in the following week. I then received a parcel a week and a half later and it was the same one I had returned. I then called them again and was asked whether I could not just make use of that instead! I then had to arrange collection of that one and was told the one I wanted was not in stock! I asked for a refund. I was told this would be done and I emailed them twice and no reply received. Got my bank statement today showing no refund! When I called to speak to a manager none were available. I was told they had a backlog of refunds to authorise and I made it quite clear I was not prepared to wait! Finally got my refund today. I would never use this company again.

I Ordered A Fins On-line And Just Under A Week Aft
I ordered a Fins on-line and just under a week after receiving the order confirmation, I emailed to find out the progress of the order, to be told they were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 6 weeks. On calling them, I was then told they don't inform customers when an item is out of stock and it's up to the customer to contact them to enquire what's happened to the order. 'We just don't do it' I was told. They said there wasn't anyone I could complain to and the lady just kept saying 'we just don't tell the customer' They do of course, keep your money in the meantime, until the customer realises that the item hasn't been delivered, Very shoddy practises, and complete contempt for the customer. They must know as soon as the order is placed that it's out of stock so the customer should be informed - NOT sent an order confirmation and then left waiting.

Placed an order with Maude Sport of various sporting equipment on a Wednesday and everything was with me by Friday morning! There were no mistakes with the order, everything was packaged brilliantly so there was no damage in transit. Definitely recommend using their services.
