We purchased the 3 in one and maxi micro nearly two years ago, they simply are fantastic. certainly the best around. The children use them with easy and love them! used every day! we sadly had an issue with the 3 in 1 and the customer service team was incredible! very helpful and that same day had a new one send out to us! Penny you saved my day thank you for being at the end of the phone!

All 3 kids have gone through mini micro & now maxi micro scooters & no other scooter comes close! They glide & manoeuvre with ease & are far safer especially down large hills than any other scooter we have tried! Love them even if a bit pricey... Well worth it!!

I had a decent JD Bug before, which I liked a lot, but when I saw the Micro Black and Micro White (we bought one of each) I was really really impressed. The engineering is on another level, they are so solidly made and you get a lot of metal for your money. (If you want something light, choose another scooter.)

Note that they are marketed as adult scooters, but my son managed to learn how to use it (and use the brake!) before his 3rd birthday. Plus we can use them too.

Also: 20cm wheels are definitely the best, unless you live somewhere where the ground is always really smooth.

My daughter has had one of the Micro Mini scooters for a couple of years. She uses it so much it was inevitable that we needed to replace the odd part on it. The customer service at Micro has been excellent. We've had replacements (a spring and an axle) with us within a couple days. They're straightforward to fit. These days, with so many toys and the like, made to be thrown away its great to see a company committed to keeping their products on the road.

best childrens buy i have made, children are 6,4 and 2 third child is now happy learning on her own at the age of two ! (like the others did) bought the helmets which must be a good fit because they all wear them and no moans. just bought some spares for £20 and all scooters running happily again. live in the countryside so get more than enough hammer to prove their quality.have three mini scooters and bought two t bar ones for nephews - thought they were expensive at first although i think they are worth their weight in gold now - well done to your design and development team,chocca

Bought an accessory bell from Micro Scooters Ltd, which was great and my boy loved it, but unfortunately one bit came off after about a month and although disappointed, I wrote it off. Shortly after, I received a request from Reevoo to review the item, which I did, saying that although we loved it, we were disappointed that it had broken. Not long after I posted the review I was contacted by Reevoo to say that it would be replaced if I contacted their customer service centre. After confirmation of this, I received a new bell in the post the day after! Incredible! Very satisfied customer.

Ordered 2 micro scooters, 2 bags and 2 bells on Tuesday and they were delivered on Thursday. They are Xmas presents so haven't been used yet so can't comment on 'usability' but scooters certainly look fantastic - sleek, shiny and solid. Bell and bags smaller than I expected. Kept up-to-date with delivery details and so far can't find any fault. Fantastic service.

We contacted the company last Wednesday (12th Dec) to advise that the rear wheels of our boys scotter had seized up whilst still under warranty, and the company dealt with our problem superbly.

Within two days of contacting them, the replacement parts arrived and they have now been fitted and we have one happy chappy scooting about again.

We cannot praise the company highgly enough for such a superb service and the original problem with the scooter should be taken into context, bearing in mind that our son has hardly been off it since receiving it on his birthday in July and that he has used it every day to go to and from school since he returned in August.

They look fabulous in the dark and my son is loving them.

We found them really easy to fit.

Ordered Maxi scooters for the Grandkids, researched the Internet but called the customer services number to ask some questions, I placed an order with a very friendly and helpful lady. I was kept fully informed re delivery which arrived three days later right on time. Have already reordered another item with this excellent company.
