No Longer Trading???
If you go to their website and choose an item or if a search engine turns up something you are looking for that is from them, there is always a button on the page marked "Buy on Amazon". But when you click on the link to Amazon, the item is not there.
They don't answer queries on their contact form, and I strongly suspect that this company is no longer trading and hasn't taken their web pages down.
I Ordered A Vango Sapera Carpet On The 19th July A
I ordered a Vango Sapera carpet on the 19th July and it turned up a few days later.When we get it out of its original bag whilst setting up for camping,it turns out to not only be the wrong carpet(spectrum),it was also damaged.So i phoned up to be told"no problem.I'll get a courier to drop off the correct one and pick up the old.'Then an hour later another call."We don't have any in stock so what i'll do is still collect and refund you once its arrived.'They collected 2 weeks ago and have ignored my emails,calls and so i found them on Facebook.They didn't like me posting in public and told me to private message.They said 'we can't comment on anything at the moment 'and then had the cheek to block me..! Turns out they've gone bankrupt!They knew they were too and were quite happy to rip me off and send out any old stock to just get my money,knowing that there was never going to be a refund.

Terrible Customer Service!
On 22 August 2014 I ordered a Kampa tent with footprint, carpet and vestibule, all of which were meant to be in stock. I received the tent, footprint and carpet in two deliveries within 2 weeks (not next day) and was then sent an email saying the order had been complete despite the vestibule not being supplied. I've tried calling multiple times on different days over the past two weeks but the phone just rings out and cuts off. I've tried emailing them on both the sales and customer service email addresses, but have never had a response. Don't buy from this supplier - their customer service is woeful! If I don't get a resoltution from them soon I'll be taking them to the small claims court.

What a rubbish shop....just want your money...do not use...do not use....do not use....do not use.......I could go on.....Cheap tactics and I'm guessing they are the ones doing the good reviews.....

Items Not Really In Stock
They show items as in stock with next day delivery when they probably aren't. I received some of my items the following day, with a little note saying the rest would follow. No good for me as I chose them because I was going away, and I needed all the items quickly. Customer services don't respond to emails. I've sent two emails and hadn't had a response to either of them. The worst online seller I've used in a long time. I'll never use this company again.

Placed an order with these people. They took payment immediately and everything was supposed to be in stock. 1 month later and still haven't received anything. All emails requesting order updates, etc. have been ignored by their sales/customer service team. Avoid at all costs.

Brill Aftersales Service
Had purchased a family KAMPA tent in July.which on use had a faulty zip .They agreed we could keep the tent until the end of August as we had a week planned away and could send the tent back for repair (this would take up to 3 weeks).We then used the tent for aweek and it had more faults.On the return I got in touch with OUTDOOR MEGA STORE and explained and also sent photos of the probs..
The tent was picked up within 2 weeks .They keep in touch by email and told me of the progress.I was offered another tent (my model no longer in stock) or a full refund.I have taken the full refund as they did not have any tents within my budget.IM gutted I could not buy from them.
I have an excellent service with them from the purchasing of the tent to the return.

Do Not Process Orders
I ordered 2 drive away awning kits from them on Thursday lunch time for next day delivery, for which they charged me additional postage.
No delivery arrived Friday, I chased on Saturday only to be told that not only had they not despatched the goods on Thursday for a Friday delivery, but they had also not processed the order Friday for a Monday delivery.
I only placed the order with them as I had been sold faulty goods by another dealer.
I would strongly recommend that you do not purchase anything from them, unless you have money to throw away.
Lets see how long they take to refund my money to me.
Beware If Requiring A Quick Delivery
I ordered several items 10 days in advance of a camping trip - plenty of time for a delivery you would think. But no - despite all items showing on the website as 'in stock', the next day I received an email saying that some of the items were out of stock and that they would deliver my order as soon as they could. EIGHT days later the order had still not been dispatched, so I had no choice but to cancel it and order and pay a next day delivery charge from a more reliable company.
I have given them one star because at least the Customer Service person was polite and apologetic.

Faulty Goods, Dreadful After Sales Service.
Ordered tent for grandson's birthday present. Came in two days but as soon as he unwrapped it we could see there was a problem with broken cording in one of the poles. Rang them, explained this was a birthday present and grandson had a sleep over and first camping trip with friends planned for next few days so tent needed. So I was promised a replacement cord for us to do a codge repair with the promise it would be sent same day by 1st class post. A week later, nothing had come.
Rang again on the Thursday and explained this was now urgent as it was needed for the weekend and nearest camping supply store to get replacement cord is miles away. Amazing response that this was impossible, "what you don't realise is that I have to go out in my lunch break to post things as we use a courier, not Royal Mail". Quite frankly, I really don't care about their arrangements for meeting customers' expectations. I just want what I've ordered, in a fit state for use. So this time promise was made that cord would be sent by courier, next day delivery but once again, nothing came.
It's now Saturday. Grandson's birthday was ten days ago and the tent has never been erected. We've borrowed one so his camp out can go ahead but he's disappointed and we've ended up feeling guilty that our gift was a let down.
In hindsight I should have returned the whole thing as faulty the second we opened it and who knows, I may have had a replacement by now. Won't buy here again.
Follow up: The original order was delivered direct to my daughter's address - for grandson's birthday and where we were staying. I asked for the replacement cord to be sent there too - they even checked the postcode with me while I was on the line. Two weeks later we get home to find the cord had been sent to the address on my payment card - our home address. What lack of attention to detail and rotten service
