Bought the heavy duty version and and on opening realised parts were missing. Additional parts eventually arrived after email . Due to work and weather it was sometime before able to use but when we thought we were going to it was obvious that it opened up too far and the wheels would toe out significantly and would cause severe drag, ie the straight axle would be more like a boomerang.The wheels that came with it do not actually belong to the trolley as the centres are to small for the stub axle and will not go on at all, so is not at all usable.In my opinion these are off the much cheaper light weight version. The heavy duty one was supposed to have puncture proof tyres,I have these on other kit and the ones supplied are just normal tyres.It arrived badly rolled in cardboard,not boxed and gave the impression of several return components put together to make my order up.It is now 8 months on and all my calls and emails have been ignored or not returned. £165 of completely unused unfit for purpose launching trolley.Last email goes off tomorrow followed by legal action when they do not respond again.

Item delivered was not the item I ordered, cost £13 to return to seller , refund given for the item purchased but still £13 out of pocket .

Very helpful with my purchase of a new suzuki outboard engine and they give me a lot of choice on outboard brands to chose from they have just about anything you need for boating all in one place. I would say some of the best coustomer service I have had anywhere when buying an item. Thanks for all your help and advise.

They were extremely helpful and have the best knowledge of anyone I have dealt with in the boat world and outboard spares department. I would always recommend a company like these people and yes they may be busy but that is because they are the best. I feel sometimes that people deserve positive reviews and this company does as everyone is busy and they never get the time to show their respect for all there hard work where as it takes two seconds when you want to say something mealiness

I have been trying to purchase some parts for my outboard from Pacer Marine. Their customer service is a joke. Very arrogant and unprofessional. I would never come back and order any parts from them. Definitely not recommended!
