I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Puma. The experience I had with their service was nothing short of terrible.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on August 13th, with a promised delivery date of August 18th. However, as of August 22nd, I am still without my order. The delay itself is frustrating, but what's even more aggravating is the complete lack of communication and updates from Puma's end. Despite my attempts to reach out through various channels, I have not received any information about the status of my order.

As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and quality service from a reputable brand like Puma. It's disheartening to see a company of their stature failing to meet even the basic standards of customer service.

I regret ordering from Puma and will certainly not be doing so again in the future. This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Puma to think twice before proceeding.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Puma based on this recent experience. The lack of communication, delays, and overall poor service have left a lasting negative impression.

I liked this store, there are good consultants who helped me find clothes and shoes for sports. The prices are normal, the quality is very good.

Dear Sirs

I bought a pair of PUMA trainers several months ago for leisure wear from Sports Direct and they are very nice and remain looking like brand new.

I very disappointed though to realise that one sole was completely un-gluing from the rear and that the other shoe is going the same way.

Never buy from puma.com !!!

Today I tried to place a order on puma.com for my surprise the order was denied then I checked all the billing info and tried to submit again... denied one more time, for may surprise there was 2 charges from puma.com on my bank statement...

After talk with Cristie and her supervisor Steve on the customer service I was informed that will take 5 business day to get those funds available on my account, for them is complete “normal” to have to wait that long after have my order denied.

To tell the truth looks like puma.com is away behind their competitors it’s unrespectful maybe illegal the way they run their business. It’s the first time I heard that a denied transaction that still have the charges on the costumer’s card.

Website states delivery within 3 to 5 working days, ordered on the 24th june 2011 still waiting on the 5th July. Did not want them anymore so rang up to complain and cancell, The number costs 10p a minute and the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They tried to deliver the trainers (at 8pm at night, after sending a txt stating delivery would be made by 2.30pm) so i informed the TNT driver that i had cancelled the order, He just stormed off. Have rang to find out where my refund is and am still waiting, never a manager available to talk to and the staff dont seemed able to do anything to help, Strange customer servive department.

Now they wont even reply to my emails. Refuse to give me the managers name and email. Never deal with Puma.

I have tried to communicate with the customer servive team, they promise to return my calls but fail. I am still waiting for my money back. Puma uk have a customer service department (in germany) and they simply do not want to know.....

Very poor service.

Ordered for a family member, originally told after 3 weeks waiting that my address did not exist (checked the invoice and it was correct and ofcourse valid,shipping company UPS disappointing)

Re-ordered as family member desperately wanted the jacket,this time chose TNT delivery...one week later,still waiting, already says one failed delivery on the tracking system,did not recieve a calling card!

VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a cricket bat from Puma UK and it is of very poor quality. Unhelpful customer service, who were not at all interested in helping.

I would not recommend Puma goods to anyone.
