I bought an skateboard around two months ago I used it for few times unfortunately one of the trucks get broken easy so I contact them asking for any solution they sent me new ones but different types so I tried but not working properly on that skateboard. So I bought fully skateboard not piece by piece, then I contact back them and I asked for refound for first they wasn't agree with and just wanted to refound the trucks but I told them again in not bought pieces by pieces so if you haven't original piece for it you have to refound all then sent to me label to sent Skate back around two weeks ago still not answer and money back. There is two months ago I started that process and 25 mail. So customer service is totally unacceptable.

Do not bother, awful place I ordered shoes for hubby’s bday they came with scratches all over.. Avoid!!

Do not use this company! I placed and order, they took my money and didn’t process my order. After contacting them, they said it was my internet cutting out. So I tried again the next day on a different WiFi and exactly the same thing happened. £740 just disappeared from my account without even an email explaining what had happened. Awful customer service and reaction from the company. Use anyone but rollersnakes. I’ve had to call my bank and get the fraud team involved

Ordered June 19th never received

Tryed to contact on customer service number no answer. Emails not answered

Simply put, I ordered goods from them which failed to get delivered. I waited in all week for something that was damaged in transit.

Then it all became clear. They use Hermes! Using Hermes as a courier is the equivalent of having my products fired to me via a large cannon. Totally useless. If they had advertised that they use this substandard courier service then I wouldn't have purchased from them in the first place.

They can argue that they did nothing wrong, but the services you use are an extension of your business as they are the people carrying the goods that your customers buy. My contract was with Rollersnakes for goods purchased in good faith. I never received them due to Rollersnakes choices.

Do not use Rollersnakes until they are transparent about their courier company choices, and until they strike Hermes from their list. You more than likely won't be getting your order otherwise.

I haven't used rollersnakes in a while but remembered I'd found some really cheap items in the past. Found loads of stuff on sale, great prices. Size is great, delivery was on time and overall a very pleasant service. Will definitely be using roller snakes more often now.

Only negative I can say is that the site seems to be very slow for me sometimes, but again the range of clothing and prices are more than enough to make up for impatience, haha.

Been ordering from their website for a few years now and not once have I had an issue. Recently returned a few T-shirts as they were too big and a mix up with some parts for my skateboard. Anyway sent them back on Monday afternoon and they arrived back Wednesday morning with no hassle whatsoever.

Would recommend to anyone.

I bought some shoes, which I was happy with but after about a week a massive split appeared at the back. The shoes had only had light use. I emailed asking for a replacement, and said I would have to return the shoes to get a replacement. When they received the shoes back they said that it looked like I had deliberately damaged the shoes and so they would not be giving me any new ones.

Will never use again.

Having ordered from them several times, they seem to stock some good items. Not the cheapest place to buy from but generally good stock.

However, if you ever have to deal with their unsympathetic customer service staff then I feel sorry for you. Unhelpful, unapologetic and general lack of interest in me or my order have ruined what I thought was a good company.

Will never purchase from them again.

Got some shoes from these guys online recently. I orderd the wrong ones though and was in passing so though I would take them back to the store. Very nice and helpful man in store sorted them out for me. They had a big selection in store to. Good service and good price's. Would deffo reccomend to anyone for shoes and clothes.
