Bought pool steps that were too big ( distance between top steps too wide for my granddaughter to safely navigate) but only knew this once assembled. When I tried to return was told only unopened and unassembled items can be returned, I checked the government website and this advice is incorrect and when I challenged them they just repeated themselves lecturing me on how good their product is. I sent them a screen shot of government information on online sales and returns which wasn't even commented on apart from any returns is my responsibility for the cost. 

Absolutely appalling.

Ordered an inflatable kayak which punctured before it got anywhere near the water.

I am entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act but they are trying to fob me off to the manufacturer.

They don't answer the phone and take days to respond to emails.

Shoddy goods, shoddy company.

AVOID.

I ORDERED A SWIMMING POOL FOR MY NEPHEWS AS A PRESENT BACK IN JUNE,

AND THE SWIMMING POOL WAS BIG FOR THEIR GARDEN SO I DECIDED TO RETURN IT BACK TO THEM BECAUSE IT WASNT APPROPRAITE FOR MY NEPHEWS. SO THEREFORE I DECIDED TO SEND ALL THE ITEMS BACK AS THEY WERE IN THEIR PRISTINE CONDITION AND IT HAD ONLY BEEN OPENED TO LOOK AT TO SEE IF IT WAS THE CORRECT SIZE BUT IN THE END IT WAS REALLY BIG. I KEPT ON CALLING THE COMPANY ON DAILY BASIS AFTER THEY HAVE RECEIEVED AND SIGNED FOR THE GOODS SENT BACK TO THEM AND IT HAD TRACKING NUMBERS TO PROVE THAT THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE GOODS. HOWEVER EVERYDAY I WAS GETTING TOLD THAT THE WAREHOUSE HAS TO INSPECT THE GOODS BECAUSE THEY WERE OPENED BUT FUNNY ENOUGH THAT THEY WERE NOT USED AT ALL. SO I WAS RINGING THEM EVERYDAY AND THEY KEPT ON GIVING ME THE SAME REASON AND WAS TOLD THAT WE WILL BE IN TOUCH. FEW WEEKS WENT BY AND I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM, SO THEREFORE THEY DECIDED TO TAKE OFF £10.00 OFF MY REFUND I WAS DUE AND DECIDED TO TELL ME THAT THIS WILL BE TAKEN OFF DUE TO US OPENING THE PRODUCTS. FURTHERMORE I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMENED THEM TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. ALSO I BOUGHT A CHEMICAL KIT WHICH WAS NEEDED TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL, THEY DECIDED NOT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ON THAT WHICH WAS WORTH £24.99. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND WILL DEFINEITLY GIVE IT A 0 STAR RATING DUE TO MISS SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

I bought the Summer Escapes 4ft Semi-Rigid Paddling Pool / Dog Bath / Sand Pit. It was bigger than I imagined!

Order was delayed by a few days but that was to be expected as they had a surge in orders due to the heat wave.

I was slightly miffed on the packaging. It arrived in bubble wrap which was half undone. It could have been packaged better, especially as I paid £49.99 for it and that was before delivery costs were added.

Yet to test it out but I'm sure my dog will love it.

ive recently and cancer and drugs are causing arthritis swimming was to help so i went in blind buying a pool

i rang up quite a few times bombarding them with loads of questions and believe me i am a pain, but they were fantastic answering all my questions and advise me along the way so i placed an order and it was with us within 48 hours

Was a bit worried due to bad reviews. But I cannot complain I ordered 13/05/2015 and pool arrived today 15/05/15. which I think is great and they were cheaper than everywhere else. Free delivery as well due to being more than 50 pound and most other places charged delivery.

I also sent them an email this morning to ask when my delivery would be and they email back within a couple of hours to state delivery today or Monday .

Didn't supply goods, didn't reply to email chasing up where it was. When I phoned to ask where pool was, they made me go to post office delivery office on a wasted journey to see if it was there (which it wasn't). Completely unapologetic. Offered a different product but couldn't actually tell me whether or not it was equivalent. Never will order from them again.

ordered a swimming pool from Splash and relax they said that it would be delivered on the 26th of June but didn't receive a tracking number or dispatch and they took my money so had to get PayPal to sort it out

When I saw that my item was out of stock, I was concerned when told to pay to reserve it after seeing other customers complaints about not receiving stock etc. I decided to take a chance because the multi games table was exactly what i was looking for, who wouldn't? It has 24 games in 1! I emailed then informing them i was concerned about paying for something by reserve incase it was never received but they duly pointed out it was back in stock and again, I was sceptical, however, we got the item within 5 days! Nothing was missing and we are very very happy. The only issue js that i called the day before and left a message as i wanted to know when delivery was taking place and no one called me back, but i did receive the item the next day.

I reserved a Lazy Spa hot tub at the end of June the website clearly stated out of stock but to reserve for delivery 18th July. This was quite a wait but at least we would have it in time for my daughters 13th birthday. I received an invoice immediately,payment had been taken. I regularly checked the website for any change and checked my emails for any update, nothing. On the 19th July the website changed to now reserve deliveries mid August as i had not received any notifications I assumed our was on its way. I rang the sales department on 22 July to see when the Hot tub would arrive to be told they were not in stock and due mid August, I explained I had reserved one in June for delivery July and was told they must have overlooked my order! Convenient as they had taken the payment. I have cancelled my order and requested an email confirming my money had been refunded, I am still waiting for this, funny how they aren't as quick at refunding the £700 as they were at debiting.Don't use this site try Fun Fantastic they seem to have better reviews, a friend of ours ordered around the same time from there and have had there tub delivered and it was cheaper.
