Terrible company, they sent me a treadmill that blew up and threw me off it at full spead as it jolted to a holt, the treadmill was less than a week old and they wouldnt just bring a new 1 and swap it then told me they would collect it but i didnt keep the 6 foot by 3 foot box it came in cos who has space to keep a empty box that big and i wouldnt expect it to break in less than a week, they never ever answer the phone or call back etc they only email once a day if your lucky and have left me without a working treadmill or my cash back for another week now and they still havent done anything and now im having to go to trading standards and go to court over their awful service and im filled with hate and resentment to this company, simple answer is never buy from this company an never put yourself through this service!

Bought 2 grooming tables damaged when they arrived company did not believe me and would not accept them back. I got in touch with my bank as I had paid by visa. In the end the bank got them to take them back an get my refund. DO NOT BUY from this company!!
Hi, Thank you for taking the time to feedback back your comments from your order in March. We are sorry that you were not happy with the returns process. Requesting photos of items that are reported damaged or faulty is not uncommon and simply part of the process to identify the issue in more detail and to establish the best course of action, as we can in most cases determine if the item needs to be returned or if we can process without a return being required, dependant on the issue. I can see from the order details we were advised of the issue on the Friday evening. requested photos on the Monday and then advised details of the collection process on the Tuesday with a request for a suitable date and to which you responded on the following Monday and the collection was arranged for the day after. I hope this helps explain.

Diabolical Service
This company is not fit to deal with the public. We are still in the process, more than two weeks after paying for a faulty gazebo, for the replacement that arrived too late to be collected and our money to be refunded. Sport HQ have made promises they had no intention of keeping just to fob us off. They promised faithfully the replaced item would arrive in time for my 50th birthday party. It did not. They didn't call us and we couldn't get through on the phone. This resulted in my party being ruined. We weren't able to accommodate all our guests, had insufficient space and we'd forked out to pay for lighting and heating for the gazebo that never came, unbelievably they then delivered it two days after my party when we weren't in even though they knew it was too late. They gave us three separate dates they would collect the item so our money could be refunded. Each time I took the day off work just for them not to show, not even a phone call. When I do manage to get through on the phone they are extremely rude with no idea whatsoever how to speak to customers. They just put the phone down on me. They do not care about customers at all. They should not be in business. Avoid this company like the plague!
Worst Customer Service Ever!!
Bought an item from them which was damaged, it's been 3 weeks and still hasn't been replaced! Customer service is useless and so unhelpful and probably the rudest people I have ever come across.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Poor Delivery Service
Ordered well before the 1pm deadline for next day delivery, received invoice confining payment and next day delivery but 2 days later, still waiting. Our item is currently sat in the Rotherham depot awaiting a driver (it's 6pm on a Saturday evening now). I assume it won't arrive till Monday now,when there will be no one home to receive the item!

Unbelievable Aftersales Service
My TXI Heavy Duty Treadmill developed a fault in that a small drive belt was slipping causing the track to slip. I contacted the company and was told that a replacement part was on its way and giving a link to the technical dept in case I had trouble fitting it. Later that same day an email confirmed that the item was on it's way to the couriers.
The next day I had a remarkable email saying that the part (est cost £2) was not available, so the company was sending a completely new machine (!!!) and that the courier would wait until the old machine was re packed and take it back with them at no charge to me
I telephoned to thank them and make sure that I read the email correctly but was assured that this was going to happen and it did!!
I still don't believe it!! Great service and a VERY satisfied customer

Brilliant Work
I recently purchased an electric golf trolly & later having read some reviews I became worried. I ordered on a Tuesday night around 9pm with standard delivery and I received it on Friday afternoon. I got in contact with them regarding a query I had & they were fantastic helping! I can't recommend them enough.
I received the trolly and it's working perfectly & looks the part also.

Ordered a treadmill on 1 sept for delivery next day 2 sept, never delivered as courier not received by courier, sportshq had not dispatched it from warehouse, sportshq agreed a refund of next day charge.

Very Good Service, And Recovery.
I have been buying items from TheSportsHQ (in the form of 24fore.co.uk) for several years with no issues or complaints.
That changed when the shoes I bought did not last 12 months before water started to seep in. I inquired to customer services about what to do and the person I dealt with came back to me within a few minutes and was able to completely lay my mind at rest that this would be handled with due care and attention.
Replacements were sourced and sent out with no qualms and in a completely professional and empathetic manner.
Everybody makes mistakes it's all about how you recover and gain the customer's confidence back. Needless to say I am still very happy with TheSportsHQ and will continue to shop there for many years to come thanks to the person I dealt with.
