Not A Legit Vendor

If you look below, you will see NUMEROUS reviews saying they ordered a product that was listed as in stock (often an expensive product like a whole bike or frameset for several thousands of dollars), then Triton charged their card for the full amount, then they received nothing for many weeks or months, throughout that whole time Triton did not respond to any emails or other means of contact, then the customer informed Triton of their intent to notify the credit card company and the relevant authorities of what had taken place, and then suddenly Triton customer support came back with "sorry the product is out of stock we will refund you soon." Those reviews are the true real-customer reviews. It happened to me too, so I can confirm that is indeed how Triton operates. Ridiculous. There is no 21st century online sales system in use anywhere that would find out only 1-2 months after charging a customers' credit card that the item is not in stock. Triton is not an honest company. I am surprised that in the UK this seems to be tolerated by the authorities. Protect yourself and your money online, and stay far away from Triton Cycles. I will also try to inform Cannondale UK.

Very Poor Service And Communication

Simple on-line order for replacement tyre and inner tube as they claimed to be in stock.

Then order status showed 1 - 2 week delivery but when I emailed a query they didn't respond.

They rarely answer the phone, but eventually when it was overdue I hung on long enough that they picked up.

Then said the order further delayed for a couple of weeks.

I cancelled on principle, as they'd had my credit card money since placing the order

They didn't apologise, simply said cheerily "no problem" and didn't seem at all concerned that I wasn't happy.

Don't buy on-line from these folk unless they confirm they actually do have the stock (if you can get an answer)

Better Think Twice -

Triton Cycles seems to want to keep customers money as long as possible. So they claim to have the bike in stock, with dispatch in 2 days.

After 4-6 mails they repply, saying because of COVID it’s taking longer and after 4-6 mails more, when it’s not possible to keep it any longer they simply say “I’m affraid the bike cannot be delivered, if you want you can ask for a refund”.

They have done the refund after 17 days.

After taxes and currency oscilation, the “Triton experience” costed me 50€ and I still need to buy a bike.

Good scheme Triton!

Thank you for nothing!

Appalling Service

I order a cycle jacket as a Christmas gift. I got a response saying order had been received but no details about when it would be delivered. Christmas came and went with no delivery. I phoned after New Year and was told an email has been sent saying it would be delivered to the shop by 10th Jan 2016. I never received said email. I phoned again to be told that the jacket had been discontinued. An email was sent previously informing me of this which, I never received. I asked for a full refund over the phone and would you believe it I finally get an email saying refund has been transferred to my account. Appalling service. Never again.

Purchased a bike on 21/09/15 I was given a delivery date, waited in all day, but no bike. After contacting them they said it would be the next day, guess what, no bike. Eventually it arrived after a week. When I got it out of the box I discovered it was damaged (internal cable to rear brake faulty) & that I had to build it by that I mean attach, brakes and aligne pads, index the gears, tighten headset attach bar tape & crimp ferrules to cable ends. The web site says all bikes are fully tested before delivery. Rubbish.

I also ordered a helmet, I'm still waiting for that. Contacted them yesterday, they put the blame on Royal Mail. Today still nothing, and now they say they no longer have the size I want, so have requested a refund. If your ordering from Them would suggest walking to the depot pay your money and pedal home, it's quicker.

The staff on the phone are very apologetic, but at no time did they ever even offer a discount off my next order, even though I won't order from them ever again.

Poor....

I ordered a bike in the sale, i called to ask details about the bike such as stem size and various other information. At no point were they able to answer over the phone and didnt bother responding to my mails.

I thought i would order the bike anyhow due to the price, when I went to order they told me it was out of stock although order went through online and payment was taken, then I contacted them and a few days later the bike appeared in their stock. They were supposed to send pedals and they didnt arrive with no response to emails sent by me. I talked with the person I dealt with and emailed her.

Poor communication, lack of knowledge and customer service.

I will add bike arrived in boxed and good condition.

Purchased Salsa Anywhere Cage, surly decals. Informed the cage was out of stock and would be delivered by a given date. Contacted store a couple of times staff always polite and answered the phone promptly. All goods arrived and happy with level of service. Nothing too dislike.

Brilliant Service From Genuinely Helpful Staff.

What a fantastic experience. Found a bike I liked online, and emailed to ask about possibility for them to build and me to collect. This was handled brilliantly by their staff who built the bike for next-day collection free of charge. They also sent me the size guide to ensure it was right for me. On collection the bike was presented beautifully and they explained the key features - even helping me select cost-effective additional items. I couldn't be happier and would whole-heartedly recommend them. Thanks.

Cannot Fault These Guys.

As a long time BMX fan and collector I was dubious about buying from these after reading the reviews herein. How wrong I was.

I emailed asking about a bike, SE Racing Floval Flyer 24" in tuff guy tan. Got an email back in 12 hours telling me exactly what I wanted to know and boom! 12 hours later it's in my house. Unmarked and with the freebies I was promised

Would highly recommend.
