AVOID. I ordered a Wahoo Kickr worth £1000 from them. Website said it was in stock, then I receive an email saying payment cannot be processed. The payment is processed then I am left to wait for a few days until then finding out it's not in stock.

I cancel the order after 1.5 weeks of waiting for it to come in "tomorrow" and am told the refund is with accounts.

The refund has only just been processed and will be with me in 3-5 working days. This totals 35-37 days for a £1000 return on an item I never even received.

Calls are shielded when trying to chase the issue. Was told it would be resolved a week ago by someone else who never came back to me.

AVOID!!!

Brought my bike in for a puncture repair, it was pound more than quoted, ok i thought so what, when i actually came to ride bike next morning to work theyd moved my saddle so high i couldnt ride it, cant see how they felt the need to tinker with my saddle for a puncture, this has cost me extra bus fare ,bloody apalling , ill expect a full refund plus expenses, customer service was pants too!

Bought a Nukeproof Mega AM Pro from them earlier this year and the service has been absolutely fantastic. After a few problems with the Reverb they put in extra effort to get it all sorted in time for my holiday.

Any emails I have sent them have been responded to incredibly quickly (often within minutes, even on a Sunday) and they have always been very helpful. Very much recommended if you're looking for personal service, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of very high end components. My next bike will definitely be a ubyk ProBuild!

I do not normally write in but I spoke to a person in your online sales department, he was informative and really helpful and i hadn't even bought anything,

I was in the process of buying an Eddy Merckx EMX3 from another cycle shop but saw your price and so called you, he even offered to send a bike fitter to Herne Bay where i live to ensure the bike fitted me properly, all this and i was going to have to take out finance as well.

I was reassured that i had made the right choice of bike as well by your team

I contacted the other bike shop to cancel my order and order from yourselves but they then started arguing about my £500 deposit and they had ordered the bike already, terms and conditions etc, they eventually reduced the bike to within £50 of yours, what with the arguing about my deposit and then they threw in retul fitting, I picked it up from them, I will not be using them again though.

I have recommended your site to my friends.

I've just picked up my new Look 675 from the new Ubyk store in Oxford. After finding the bike on the site, and making an enquiry about sizing, I decided to go and see both them and the bike after talking through the options on the phone. The staff were proffesional, knowledgable, friendly, and even made me a coffee. They spent time sizing me up, and made sure that I was comfortable and fitted correctly. Above all else, they made sure that I was happy. Which, I am. I cannot recommend them enough.

Just ordered a 2012 Lapierre Zesty from Ubyk. Searched the web and their price was £180 cheaper than Evans' sale price and much cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. I ordered the bike on Monday and the bike arrived on Saturday and presumably would have been quicker other than it being such a busy time with the end of year sale.

The bike arrived in perfect condition, setup to perfection and all the relevant bits taped down to avoid any transit damage. I had emailed Ubyk several times in the week to see where things were up to and got immediate responses on all occasions. I couldn't be any happier with the purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending Ubyk and will definitely check the website for further bargains.

I have just ordered a Lappierre zesty from UBYK after talking through my purchase for well over an hour with them. There advice and honest feedback on the alternative bike i wanted (that they sold) was helpful and reassuring.

They also recommended what upgrades would make the bike better and researched suitable products that were within my price range. Overall i must of spent about 2hours on the phone with UBYK who took it upon themselves to call manufactures on my behalf to ensure i was getting the best set up for my bike.

A truly 10/10 service and i cant wait to get my new bike. Many thanks

decided on a pair of DMR Vault pedals for my bike and went the usual route of checking out the google 'shopping' section.

Ubyk came up as the cheapest but only had 1 review so I was dubious.. when I saw that I could pay via Paypal I figured that should give me some protection and therefore they were worth a punt.

and well worth the punt they were! Pedals arrived in the 2-3days quoted, price was nearly 30% under RRP with free delivery, ace!

I get the impression that they're quite a new outfit, or at least this online sales venture is because my order number was only in the mid 80's, and my only tip for them would be to email the buyer to confirm that the item has shipped. I ended up ringing up to double check but even then I was really impressed because the first person that answered the phone was aware of my order, was very friendly and was even keen to chat about what bike I was refurbishing.

So good customer service too. I hope this new venture goes from strength to strength and with prices that competitive I'm sure it will do!

I had been looking for a good carbon road bike and a friend recommended UBYK.co.uk as a good website seller. I ordered the bike at 2.45pm on Monday this week and received the bike beautifully packed on Tuesday at 5.30pm. Amazing! What's more I ordered a full set of Sky kit alongside this at the best price I could find and got a pair of free Sky mitts which I hadn't ordered with the kit!! The guys at the shop phoned me as they get a delivery message from the courier at 6.00pm same evening to see if I was happy with the delivery which is pretty cool and the first time I have ever had a business do this. I live in the midlands and the store which runs with UBYK is thebikeyard in Leamington Spa and I am going there this weekend with the bike which I am delighted with and they are going to ensure that I get a free professional fitting. I have ridden the bike twice on 2 50k runs and I can strongly recommend the FELT AR2 as great value for money and an incredible ride, super stiff but seems to shrug off the jarring not uncommon to carbon frames on our lousy roads.I especially liked the feel of the SRAM drivetrain which has performed seamlessly. Fantastic service from UBYK's website. Can't wait to meet you guys at thebikeyard this weekend.
