Shocking Company, Avoid At All Cost
None existent customer service, took nearly 3 weeks to arrive despite paying extra for fast delivery, the shirt quality is terrible and is a poor fit. They do not even accept refunds. Avoid!!

Terrible!!, No Customer Service!, Extensive Shipping Delays!
Purchased 2 items from them on April 19th 2020, Polo shirt and a VFL Wolfsburg kid's jersey for my son's bday, he loves Volkswagen cause I drive one. The package changed shipping vendors twice and the overused shipping delay tactic due to COVID-19 pandemic. I say that because a lot of companies are using it as an excuse for sub par service with no accountability whatsoever. Here it's June 9th after submitting multiple complaints to both Norsk Global and USPS, I have finally received my order to my surprise there is no VW logo on the jersey. The logo is displayed clearly on the item for sale on the website. Screw this company! Now that I look at it, it looks so fake from China and not even worth the price of shipping and definitely not worth the wait.

Employees Won't Issue Refund
I placed an order for a jersey on a Monday, only wanted a name on the back and sent it in online. A day later one guy asks me what the text I wanted on the jersey was because their system wasn’t working properly. I replied and over the next 2 days had 2 different people asking me again. I replied and asked for a refund for the 1-2 day shipping I chose since I was not receiving it by Wednesday, but a guy told me it wasn’t a system error but my order was complicated because I ordered a name and not a number…really? So I sent him the email another employee sent me saying it was a system error and he never replied. Shame on him. Basic customer service: There is a reason I chose expedited shipping and uksoccershop admitted to a system error. I’m only asking for a refund of the shipping difference since I am asking for a service that is simply not being provided.

Ordered from this awful site £150 of football jerseys for a mental health hospital. Got an email from a guy who said the item was out of stock yet they still TOOK PAYMENT!
Spent 2 further days ebing groomed by this friendly guy into thinking he could help me with another order, yet again we paid and he replied stating out of stock. Still awaiting refund....
. I am now going to make it my mission to shut this site down!

Horrible Customer Service Horrible Quality.
I ordered a football jersey and paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. The product arrived 7days later. The jersey was worn once and I noticed the letters were coming off. It hasn't even been washed yet. Horrible quality. I wrote to UK soccer shop as you can't call them. They are taking no responsibility. They said they shipped within 2 days due to the shirt needing to be printed. I called DHL and was told that the item was shipped economy 5-7 day shipping) not priority (1-2 day) as I had been told by UK soccer shop. I sent photos of the shirt to them showing the letters flapping off the shirt and asked for a new one to be sent. They are refusing. They will not even pay for the international shipping for the shirt to be returned and examined by them. I wasted more than 100 dollars on this item. I would never use this company again. Most frustrating is that they won't speak to you. A different representative responds to my emails. No one is honoring my request for a manager or a phone call.

I just can't believe how they can get an online payment gateway
Look at their website, there is no phone number or live chat, this is because they will not answer you when a problem happens.
The ticketing system send you an automatic response but nothing else.

Terrible Serivce, Item Not Received, Customer Service Awful
Ordered a polo shirt over nearly 4 weeks ago. Item has not been received and despite the advertising of them sending everything by either royal mail signed for or special delivery, the company is unwilling to send me the tracking number for the item. They are also unwilling to refund me for the non receipt. All in all a terrible company and I am out of pocket as a result of stupidly using them. Do yourselves a favour and use a proper reputable company to buy these items

Happy Customer In New Zealand
My husband is a massive European soccer fan but finding him the shirts he wants here in New Zealand is a major challenge. He loves watching Serie A and Bundesliga and his favourite teams are Palermo and Borussia Dortmund but I could not find them anywhere except online. I was a bit worried about ordering from a UK site as I thought shipping would be slow, but I was really surprised and happy when it arrived in just 9 days. He was delighted with the jerseys and really impressed I was able to find them. My experience with this company has been very positive and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great Choice
Living in Australia the choice of soccer kits locally is not great but was able to place a large order (10 jerseys!) for me and my friends for my favourite teams. The delivery took around 10 days, but everything was exactly as I wanted it. I will be back for more later in the year.
