DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 months ago. Customer service is non-existent. Said I would receive a refund after not receiving the item and it would take 10 days. 10 days later they said I would receive in 10 days. They've now just stopped replying. I have had to start legal action and have a dispute submitted with my credit card company to retrieve the money. Not trustworthy at all. Avoid unless you want to pay for an item that will never come and have nobody reply to emails and no phone number to call. Seems they have several different names and sites and a link on their website takes you to a website selling pills called goldenpill.

Looked around for a good buy and found this online. My Daughter wanted it from santa so we ordered for Xmas. Delivery was quick and she has been using for over a month now and loves it. Quality seems better than those of competitors. It has been very cold outside at times but she still has to go out nearly every day to go on it while I watch from the warmth of the house ;-). Overall would recommend.

OK THIS IS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE

Last year i purchased a running machine from this "company" and i did so in good faith , that was my first mistake. Things got off to a very bad start when i was waiting in all day on the delivery and low and behold no delivery driver turned up this was after i had taken a day off work at my own expense! I then contacted UK sports to inform them off this and i was rather taken aback when i was informed that the delivery driver had no room in his van and just hadn't bothered to deliver and no one had the courtesy to tell me !! But the next statement from the customer service person must go down as the most shocking i have ever heard i explained i wouldn't be available for the next delivery date and was told " well i have tried to sort it and if you cant make it then there is nothing more i can do " and incredibly the phone was hung up on me!!

After taking another day off work i finally got the product and assemble it with the help of my Cousin who is an electrical engineer , after a couple of months yes you've guessed it the running machine completely shorted out !!!! After much discussions with the "lovely" customer service reps it was agreed that the machine would be taken back no refund was offered just a new machine , i advised them that i didn't trust the product and it was agreed that it would best if i got a bike instead..........this couldn't be another shoddy product could it ? So after taking another day off work i received the bike and after a few months the pedal came away from the pedal arm it didn't snap but incredibly the threading came away rendering the product useless !!! i was also due a refund for the difference as the bike cost less than the running machine and yes you've guessed it i didn't get the refund after numerous calls i got half the money back , again i called them and again this was their mistake and finally got the rest of my money back

After 15 ignored emails i finally got a response and sent pictures just to make sure they understood what was wrong , the main problem being is the fact that the pedal arm is attached/welded to the body of the bike . I advised them that this cannot come off but i was assured it can and i would be sent through replacement part and the necessary tools to take this off . SO I'm SURE YOU CAN SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING firstly i was sent a pedal a pedal arm and a pedal strap ?

Again i contacted them and explaine the problem as always numerous apoligies were made and i was assured i would be sent the tool to take off the pedal arm from the base of the body and i was sent a bolt and screw for the pedal . PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP AND THIS REALLY DID HAPPEN

After ASKING for my money back i was told this would not be happening and apparently it is my fault that the wrong parts have been sent to me from the ware house , as of today i am contacting the trading standards office

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY !

We purchased an all in one Walker & Simpson pool/table tennis table as a Christmas present for our kids. The item was delivered on 4th December and opened on 25th December. The item had clearly been used before, there were numerous marks and the pool table was warped.

We notified UK Sport Imports on the first working day after Christmas (29th) that the table was faulty providing video and photographic evidence which they accepted as proof of the fault.

When we rejected the goods and asked for a full refund they said we were not entitled to one only a replacement as we had not notified them within a "reasonable time".

It clearly was not practical to build the table and then dismantle and repackage it on the off chance it was going to be faulty.

The customer service has been dreadful and a claim against the company is being launched through the small claims court as they are refusing to remove the faulty table or provide a refund.

Steer clear of this company.

We purchased the Big Air Extreme 8ft Trampoline with Safety Enclosure. Delivery was fast and on the date advised. Trampoline was easy to assemble and our 2 kids love it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Hillman Golf Buggy and I am very impressed with it. I have bought it for myself for xmas and am very pleased that I have. I have not yet been out in it on the course but it seems to be very well built and I can not fault it. If I have any problems I will come back and issue further comments. If no further comments are made you can safely assume it has done the job. There are a couple of these at my club and so far their owners have been very happy. Looking forward for the sun to shine and the golf season to start so I can get out and about on the buggy.
