They Show Good Deal But However If You Buy From Ou

They show good deal but however if you buy from outside country (in my case Canada) they charged me 40% more when it's time for pick-up my 137$ back pack. They warn it might be duty fees before you proceed to pay but this is nothing to do with custom or duty. I paid my shipping already and to get it they but COD. If i dont take it it's worst. They will charge that 40$ extra+the original 15$ shipping+ return shipping to UK. Out of my 137$ + 15$ shipping paid I would have left 40$ and no gear so loosing 110$ in garbage if you refuse to pay the COD.

Customer service is automatic answer and they dont care.

Worst buying ever.Stay away

Dreadfull Customer Service

Bought a Sea to Summit inflatable mat when it arrived it was missing its repair kit (essential for an inflatable sleeping mat).When I contacted webtogs I was told it didnt come with a repair kit.

I cntacted Sea To Summit and was told that all their mats come with a repair kit,so I contacted webtogs again and was told They would not send me a repair kit.

I contacted Sea to Summit again and they said they didnt deal with them and wondered how they got hold of their stock but Sea to Summit did send me a repair kit.

Beware of webtogs if things go wrong. If I had known they were difficult to deal with I would never have used them.

Poor Customer Service

Very poor experience of customer service. I bought a pair of Merrel MQM flex 2 GTX walking shoes which proved to be extremely slippery in wet conditions. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 products should be fit for purpose and these clearly aren't. Webtogs customer services said I should have identified this problem when trying the shoe on and are refusing to accept a return.

Beware With Returning Items To Webtogs, Don't Want To Know

Reluctantly gave a One star! Buy with care, return policy and team extremely poor. I returned an item to Webtogs and after over two weeks no communication what so ever. When I chased them, didn't want to know and spun the same copy-paste response to me multiple times. Submitted proof of postage, made no difference. Messages were contradicting and now I have no item nor any refund from Webtogs. No other option but to see if I can recoup money from Barclaycard. Very dissatisfied with the experience, Webtogs couldn't give a dam!

Sent The Wrong Item And Refused To Give A Full Refund

Sent me the wrong trekking poles and refused to give a full refund, the poles were listed as the regular but they sent me the shortwr womens version.

I won't see that money, I think because I made an international order they feel they can get away with it...

Webtogs Cheated Me - They Sent Me A Cheaper Model

Webtogs cheated me - they sent me a cheaper model of the backpack that I have ordered and prepaid. As the solution, they offered me to return the product at my expense. Very slow and indifferent customer service

Appalling Customer Care!

I ordered a rucksack with Webtogs to be delivered to my UK address by shop and ship. I paid in full for the item and expected delivery within a week in time for my trip. I got notice that the order was placed and usually this means it would be en route to my UK address for shop and ship. My credit card was debited the amount. My trip came and disappointingly I had no rucksack. On return from my 10 day trip I still had no email to say my item was en route. I then emailed the company expecting the issue to lie with shop and ship but this is when I discovered they had cancelled the order. On checking my Visa account I found the amount had been credited back to me (10 days after it was debited!) Webtogs did not email or try to call me to say this had happened or any issue had arisen. When I emailed them to explain they sent a blatant, bland response with no apology or explanation! I since then went to FOX'S OUTDOORS and today I received same item after just 7 days of ordering!!! I cannot stress how disappointed I was with Webtogs.

Order Not Dispatched, Rude, Unresponsive Customer Service

Ordered a product from Webtogs as prices were competitive and most of all they promised immediate dispatch - DON'T believe it. Received confirmation of order - fine. Then 2 days later an email stating the card holder needs to send a passport copy due to fraud alert procedures - slightly uncomfortable, but I did it without delay. No word from them for 3 days, finally my wife called to follow up, was told it has to be the card holder, so I called. Customer service confirmed my billing and delivery address, fine. Then went on to ask why the billing address is different from the delivery address - what does that have to do with them?? E.g. if you buy a gift online the billing & delivery address will always be different, or delivery at work etc etc. I obliged anyway.

Service was unresponsive and rude on the phone and made me feel extremely agitated as I was clearly an online criminal in their view. After confirming all the details they requested they were unapologetic when confirming the order will not reach us in time before we travelled given the delayed dispatch. I summarily cancelled the order. I am all for security checks, but if you make me fee lbad you lose a customer for life! Get real, there is other great sites vying for my business. Change or you’ll wake up without a business very soon.

Easy Ordering And Delivery

Ordered on the Sunday night and opted for a speedy delivery for the Tuesday which only cost £5.95.

The extra delivery charge for a quicker delivery was great value for money considering that I bought the Osprey 100 shuttle bag (which isn't small) The bag came well packaged.

You can pay via Amazon or Paypal, which gives added web security for your payment

Would definitely purchase from the company again.

Fast And Efficient

Ordered boots lunchtime Thursday, delivered 9.00am Friday. Fit was slightly small so returned for refund without any fuss. Will definitely use again.
