I bought faulty battery from them online. When arrived to replace it as agreed by email they said that the battery is not from them and avoided replacement even though there was batch number which was clearly theirs. And its not tbe first time!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

The customer service was horrible. It was a run around and they sold me a faulty item ( bad battery) they would do anything they could not to return it. Couldn't get in contact with them until I contacted them on facebook, their email system said it had been down for 2 weeks. They tried to make me financially responsible for them repairing a broken item they sent me. They even faked a royal mail shipping slip to lie they did not receive the item, when I had paid for first track shipping return. Don't waste your time or money with this fraudulent business.
