Brought the Vpro series 3 from this company and it only lasted 35 days. Contacted there customer service and they established over the phone that there was a problem with the unit and said to send it back and it will take upto 14 days before i could get a replacement if they feel it was not a fault created by me. For someone who switched to vaping to stop smoking this is unacceptable. The fact that the unit only lasted 35 days is not good but to have such a bad service to get a replacement, is even worse.

Hi, ok I never been to this site before to review anyone (even amazon who I love) but I thought in this instance i would take the time.

I wanted my item fast so I phoned them and asked if they would give me special delivery, I spoke to a lady who is the kind of person you want to meet as a customer. Someone who goes out of their way to help you and keep you informed.

I got my order with special delivery and they even give me some free carry case? ok thank you I like that.

I ordered a new flavor for my ecigs. It was very good. Since I am a little bored with my "standard" flavor I was positively surprised that this website has such a great variety of flavors to choose from! The delivery took 2 days and the package was delivered in a professional manner!

I would highly recommend this company for a few reasons; the ease of use of their website, the method of paymentis PayPal which gives you a good level of security, the speed of delivery within 3 working days (sometimes less), and their customer services.

A great example of their customer service occurred very recently. I ordered a starter kit for a friend and there was a defective battery. When I reported this via email to them they rang back within 30 minutes, offered to replace the defective part by sending out a new one with a prepay envelope to send the defective one back in.

I know this should be normal for sellers, but unfortunately it isn't, so it's a refreshing change to find this in a company selling such a non-expensive niche product.
